When I submitted my inquiry, I received a phone call within one minute of logging off the site from Kelly Ashby from Valley Nissan. She had a fun, engaging approach over the phone while offering here services to assist in the purchase of our vehicle. Kelly stayed in touch over a two month period by email and occasionally phone to let me know of offers. My wife and I visited the dealership and took a test drive to gain a comfort level with the quality of the vehicle and know what "package" made best sense for our needs. The sales person was helpful and not pushy at that time. We later came back to purchase and had a good interaction with both Kelly and Ben St Ours although they were very busy with many customers.
