Buying a Vehicle Made Easy My car was on your lot, upon calling I spoke with Kelly Ashby. First salesman ever to set an appointment time. Loved that. She was there to greet me a My car was on your lot, upon calling I spoke with Kelly Ashby. First salesman ever to set an appointment time. Loved that. She was there to greet me and my sister when we arrived. She was very professional in showing us all the cars highlights and functions. Then she sat in the back seat while I took to the roads. She directed me to a curvy country road, which is just what I wanted to do, and tolerated me testing the car, smiling and chatting. I discovered a battery issue and insisted it be checked. She made sure it was handled & I did get a new battery. While the process was long, she was attentive to my needs as she handled other clients. After I got home I discovered two small problems. She made an appointment to come back and have the mechanics check it out. Before long it was ready to go, fixed and no charge. I since have spoken to her and she said "I am like your family Dr. ANY problem with the car, just call me. Be it a dent or whatever". What I liked best was the fact she did not try to push me in any way shape or form. I dread walking into a dealership and being surrounded by sharks. Friendly is the best word to describe the entire process. Tabatha kept me laughing while Kelly went about all the paperwork. Even the young mechanic was extremely nice. GREAT TEAM! And yes, I will be the 1 in 10 that will actually recommend you whenever the opportunity arises. Thanks so much Kelly. peace More
