Great "New Car Buying" Experience!! After visiting several Nissan dealerships and speaking with different sales people, Spencer stood out above all. He took time to walk us around our considered purchase to point out all of the specs that we would have by purchasing the vehicle. He answered all questions that we had, and if he was unsure, he went above and beyond to find the answer. He included our nine-year-old daughter in conversation and didn't become frustrated when she asked a question or wanted to "tell him something." He worked hard to get our vehicle to the price point in which we were comfortable. When we left on that Saturday, he and my husband were in constant communication, and after we decided to go with Valley Nissan, he offered to come in the next day (a day the dealership was closed, and therefore, his day off) to meet us and complete the paperwork. He was very friendly and asked me many questions about what i was looking for. I told him that i was just looking for something easier on gas and something within my price range. He then began to describe a Nissan Maxima and gave me a list of the specifications. Without even looking at the car, i was already hooked. It had EVERYTHING i was looking for. Not only was he very helpful and kind as he was showing me the car, but he was also being himself. Every dealership I've been to, there has always been an uncomfortable vibe; Nissan in Staunton was quite the opposite. I actually felt like i was home the entire time i was there. Every person working made you feel welcomed and very comfortable. I have never enjoyed buying a car as much as i did there, and i don't only owe it to Valley Nissan in Staunton, i owe it to Maher Alhuraibi for helping me throughout the entire process and making me feel at home the entire time.
