Wonderful!! I was sold a used vehicle from a Ford dealership just down the road less than two months ago when I started having issues with it 3 days after purchas I was sold a used vehicle from a Ford dealership just down the road less than two months ago when I started having issues with it 3 days after purchase. I went to Valley Nissan and the appraiser had it inspected at the Subaru dealership right beside Nissan. Come to find out I was sold a vehicle with a broken axle. Valley Nissan was so helpful and supportive with the situation. They're all very personable. They're working with myself and my bank to get me into a brand new 2017 Nissan Altima with great rebates/incentives and a great offer for my used vehicle-even with a broken axle. Thanks to Harold and all the great people there for their hard work and great job to get me into a new, safe car. We're also working on getting my husband into a Nissan Frontier :) We love Valley Nissan! More

Delightful, Marvelous Experience At Valley I have been looking for a new Vehicle for the past few months. Once you pull on the lot, you are descended on by sale personal going right into a hard I have been looking for a new Vehicle for the past few months. Once you pull on the lot, you are descended on by sale personal going right into a hard, pushy sales pitch. I would get in my car and leave, I despise this type of tacked. My husband and I drove to Staunton to get out of the house on a nice Saturday,. We ended up at Valley Nissan looking at Vehicles. A sale person walked up to us, I was ready to leave but, I was surprised this person politely introduced himself as Maher Alhuraibi. How are you today? I explained I was looking for a vehicle. Not once did he try to hard sale, push or give me a sales pitch. It was a great conversation with someone that was very personable. We kept looking and asking questions. Before I realized it the staff had answered all my questions finding me exactly what I was looking for and I left with a new Nissan Frontier. Adventure at Valley Nissan. So I started the adventure that lead to a new car with a state inspection for my previous car. The day was nice and who wants to be cooped up inside w So I started the adventure that lead to a new car with a state inspection for my previous car. The day was nice and who wants to be cooped up inside when winter has a warm day to offer? Not I! So I am wondering around the lot looking at all the pretty shineis with their glittering jewel tones; just admiring the ladies waiting to be chosen. Then we come across the lovely Starwars Rouge One Limited edition Rouge. She is sitting there in all of her nerdy glory proudly displaying her assets. Eventually, I convince myself to walk back up and check on my little lady, and resume my trip. I meet Adam at the front door, who just like any good salesman strikes up a conversation. Of course I want to see the inside of the galactic black beauty! (And I can assure you she's sweet! She maybe isn't completing the Kessel Run in 12 parsecs, but she knows you love her. It took all of my adulting powers gained thus far to chose a more practical Rouge, but more on that later.) Adam takes myself and my teenaged son on a tour of the more convential Rouge's. He pointed out all their bells and whistles. ( They have some pretty neat toys in their boxes! But don't take my word for it. Go see Adam and discover the wonders for yourself! You won't regret it.) Then we are talking about my Honda. Which I have to tell you looked like a total train wreck inside. You know what I am talking about. The empty bottle and fast food bags along with the spilled French fries on the floor. Gross, I know, but don't worry the tons of jackets and other randomness covered up most of that mess Before you know I have an estimate in hand for trade value and a payment estimate for a new Rouge. Somewhere in my head I'm thinking wait that's was quick and easy. Where is the trick hiding? ( Don't judge me too quickly- car salespersons everywhere are working hard to establish creditable reputations and I've been had once before.) No trick to be found anywhere! I have a new lady to support my anti-walk to work mind set with plenty of neat toys, and I have it all with 0% financing! Here is where I want to point out the amount of effort Adam put into his work. In order to get the 0% financing I had my mother sign with me. She was at a hospital almost 200 miles away caring for her father. Adam drove himself to the hospital so we could get all the signatures! Just like that. Adam also provided enjoyable conversations in the periods where one must wait when buying a car. He even took the time to point out the more manly features of the Rouge to my son. My son definitely appreciated it! He actually had a good time at a car dealership. More

They came to my rescue! It was 8PM, and I still saw lights on, they were supposed to be closed at 7pm. My mother was diagnosed with cancer and I had been up and down the highway traveling 6 states several times between working shifts. I was a little overdue on my oil change, with no appointment and I knew this would be my final trip to be able to see her. After my 12 hour shift the next day I was leaving before daybreak, my brother had told me that I needed to come quickly. I didn't know what to do, the service center was closed. Ben St. Ours completely surprised me, he said they would give me a loaner, I could leave my car overnight and come pick it up tomorrow evening. I was overjoyed! Spencer Back took his time to do the paper work in a friendly and unhurried way even though he wasn't going to make any commission. My stress was gone, I felt relieved. I didn't have to lose any more time from work! Smiles all around they sent me home in a free vehicle. The next day I came back just at closing time ( due to my shift) finding my car ready for me. Again Spencer took care of me even though he was staying over a little bit past closing time. Everyone was very friendly. Afterwards I was out in the parking lot getting to leave Spencer Back comes running out to catch me, my travel money had fallen out of my pocket unbeknownst to me. He returned it! These folks go out of their way to help you and meet your needs. Their attitude is wonderful and I highly recommend this dealership. More
