The sales department is great, and if you're interested in a Volkswagen, I strongly recommend working with Rachael. She'll provide you with an itemized quote so that you can compare prices with other dealers. She's not pushy at all, and I found that AutoNation provided the lowest price for the car that I was interested in. My experience with the finance department was not so great. When I met with the finance manager, I was told that a 1.9 APR only applied to a 36 month loan, and that a 60 month loan had a slightly higher APR. I decided to go with the 60 month loan. I then went home to find that AutoNation was in fact advertising a 1.9 APR for 60 month loans on its website. I contacted my finance manager, who acted surprised and said he'd look into it. A few days (and several phone calls and emails later), I'm told I can drive the 60 miles to the dealership to sign the paperwork for the lower APR. When I asked to be compensated for my time, gas, and mileage, the finance manager refused. Remember, this is a 'mistake' that he made, and I'm expected to waste my time to come in? Thanks, but no thanks. I ended up financing from a bank with the same APR and actually received a snarky email response from Robert. The joke is on him though, as he won't receive a kickback because I'm not financing through the dealership. If you're interested in a VW and AutoNation offers you the lowest price, either pay in cash, finance through your own bank or credit union, or know the terms and conditions of AutoNation's incentives. (I'd suggest pulling it up on your phone before meeting with finance.) More

Addressed the problem effectively I thought they did a fine job. It took longer than expected to get the parts in and so I had to rent a car for a while since a loaner car was not ava I thought they did a fine job. Overall recommendation is to review the timing for delivery of parts and see if that could be done faster and also to make more loaner cars available. More

Too often dealerships loose their focus on the customer and I've never felt this way about Valley Motors. I have had poor experiences at Bob Bell, Jerrys, Mile One, Autonation, and Jones Junction, but never with Valley.
