I new the exact vehicle I was looking for and really did not want to settle for another vehicle. I knew what options I wanted and color was extremely important. I had telephone and email contact with Mike not want to settle for another vehicle. I knew what options I wanted and color was extremely important. I had telephone and email contact with Mike priot to my visit and he knew what I wanted. He found me the vehicle and I took delivery. I received great service and I have been back on one occasion to have questions answered about the car. Mike was very good at giving me instructions on the different ways to operate accessories, etc. on the car. I would recommend Valley Motors to my friends and family. More
We arrived at the dealership knowing the model we wanted, which was (sadly for us) highly sought at the time. Fortunately, the dealership had one on the lot, and Mike let us take it right out for a test drive. He never pressured us, but did let me truly experience the great handling an Impreza has to offer in a nearby parking lot. The car still had a sale price tag on it from the previous weekend, which was a price below what we had been able to find elsewhere, so we were quite pleased when they honored the tag even though the sale was over. Mike Shetz and Steve Novak both worked hard to insure that our purchase came through seamlessly, and we've been pleased with their follow up communication to date. I would highly recommend Valley Motors to anyone in the region. More
No pressure sales. Michael found the exact car I wanted. It was a pleasure buying a car from him. It took me a couple of years (!) to decide what car to buy and he was extremely patient with me. Had two incidents with Valley Motors Volkswagen Recently. First they misdiagnosed a blown turbo on my TDI Golf. They replaced the fuel pump trying to charge me 901.00 for a repair I did not need. When the First they misdiagnosed a blown turbo on my TDI Golf. They replaced the fuel pump trying to charge me 901.00 for a repair I did not need. When they realized it was not the pump they figured it out. We are not talking a complex problem to figure out. The turbo impeller ground down and shattered inside the turbo. Any trained mechanic worth their salt would have found this. My BS meter went off and I literally had a tow truck come in and take it out of the bay unfinished. I took it to Mt Washington Autohaus where Brian has been dealing with problems from Valley for 35 years. He fixed it for 1/2 the price and gave me what I needed to get my money back. I could not trust them once I realized the fox had the keys to the hen house. I was refunded almost all of my money less 1.5 house of diagnosis time for the turbo. It was fair. But with out having an outside expert I ask the question....would they have made good on this problem? Judge for yourself on this next unresolved problem. I had them replace a clutch for me. I was specifically told that the flywheel was fine and did not need replacing. I was fine with it. The repair done and on my way I went. 3 months later I heard clicking when I let the clutch out. I thought it was the gear box. So I took it back Brian at Mt Washington Autohaus. In an hour I found out that it was the flywheel and it is an auto industry standard to always replace the flywheel when replacing the clutch. The parts come in a kit all together. Once repaired I went back to Valley and spoke with John Grecki. He is the General Manager who oversees the repair departments. I have the parts and it clearly shows that the flywheel was damaged and charred. The tolerance was so far out of kilter it would never have been acceptable to leave it in their and by no means should have been left in their. As of today I am still fighting John Grecki and Valley Motors. I have all the parts and it is clear they did not deliver. They refuse to make good on a bad situation. You be the Judge. What do you think would have happened if I took it back to them to fix? Do they sound honest to you? Can they be trusted? Would you spend your hard earned money there? If you have any issues just call John Grecki directly. Don't waste your time with anyone else. He needs to hear your issues and your successes there as well. He can be reached at (410) 666-7777, I have all the parts and documentation to back these claims up. I just want a refund and they have made my mind up for me. It's there choice. But I will not sit by and let this matter go away. Call John Grecki directly. He needs to know. I have all of my documentation and parts to prove it. I have outside experts. Their repairs speak volumes. These are not my words, they are theirs. You be the judge and decide where you want to spend your money More
