First time customers It was our first time to Valley Honda but it won’t be our last. Mr Grady was recommended to us by a relative who had a positive experience at Valley. We were met by Mr Grady who led us through the buying process. This was our son’s first time buying a car and Steve was fantastic patiently explaining our options. What we really appreciated was Steve keeping us informed. While going through the financing process etc Steve would duck in and let us know where we were in the process. All in all it was a great buying experience and we will be back for future purchases. Thank you Steve! This is the third car I have purchased from this dealership and the service is outstanding. After the purchase, Cesar took extended time to go over all the details of the car and answer any questions I had. One week after the purchase he followed up by offering his services to once again review the items in the vehicle and make sure I was fully satisfied and said in the future i i had any concerns or question to get hold of him. The vehicles I was considering were readily available when I went to visit. I was able to take a test drive right away. While the purchasing experience was a positive one, there are a few aspects that could have made it better--or else, here are a few suggestions. To begin with, I believe I received a much lower price for my trade-in, while they argued that it was due a very tiny "rust bubble" on the hood and that it'd cost "a lot" to fix (seriously??) Second, when meeting with the finance manager, the first thing she started to push was the extended warranties. She said that Honda only manufactures the engine and transmission train, while the rest of the vehicle was manufactured by third parties (really??). She made it sound like the car was going to fall apart at any moment and why on earth wouldn't I consider going for at least one. When I still declined, she even went ahead and offered me the "employee discount" (really??). A quick word of advice for that person: when shaking a customer's hand, do it firmly! That inspires confidence. The "dead fish" handshake inspires the opposite. On the upside, she was able to lower my APR on my loan. Finally, and this might sound petty, but when you deliver a brand new vehicle, try using silicon-based chemicals to dress the tires. They last longer and don't stain the body of the car after driving it. Using wax-based ones (like ArmorAll) only stains the lower bumper when driving off--and it only lasts until it rains. All in all though, I was pleased with the overall experience at Valley Honda. More

Iryna was helpful in getting the documents together, submission etc and nowhere we felt pushed to make a quick decision. We were doing a trade in and were able to get expected value and come to agreement on the purchase price pretty quickly. When finalizing our contract, Valley was willing to work with us to get us where we needed to be for adding in the extended warranty/service and maintenance plans as well. All in all we left very happy. More
