Roland was great to deal with. Professional, very upfront on pricing, trade value and out the door cost. Not pushy at all. Our only problem with our deal was when we got handed off to the business manager before delivery. He tried to sell us an extended warranty, 8years/100k miles, for $1937 and that was after two higher quotes. We declined and came home and did a little homework...the exact same warranty through another dealer was $1187! These Hondacare warranties are honored by all Honda dealers so it doesn't matter what dealer you buy from. I contacted the business manager at Valley Honda and we were told they could only come within $50 of my other quote! Needless to say we did not buy the extended warranty from Valley Honda. We were very happy with the price of our car but buyer beware when they try to sell you an extended warranty. More

I hadn't shopped for a new car in over 15 years, but I have been a customer of Valley Honda for much longer. Fred Sims made the process so smooth that it relieved the stress I usually have when making a have been a customer of Valley Honda for much longer. Fred Sims made the process so smooth that it relieved the stress I usually have when making a big ticket purchase. Fred answered all of my questions and walked me through the process step by step. As I hadn't purchased a new car in a while, Fred even took the time to walk me through the new features of the vehicle and help me connect. Often as woman, I have had to deal with salesmen, repairmen, etc. being more than a bit condescending when conducting business with them. I experienced none of that when dealing with Fred, or any of the staff at Valley Honda. Before I arrived to test drive the car, I was provided with information and costs regarding a few different vehicles in which I had an interest. Fred took the experience to the next level. I was treated warmly, respectfully, and as a valued customer. I did not experience any high pressure sales tactics. I was consistently reminded that all decisions were mine to make. I am happy with my new vehicle and the overall process. If you happen to be in the market for a vehicle, stop by Valley Honda and ask for Fred Sims! More

My salesperson Ehsan understood my needs and made the entire process smooth, answering all my questions and making sure I was confident in my decision without any pressure. The financing process was seamless and transparent without hidden fees or surprises. Overall, the entire team at Valley Honda made buying a car a truly enjoyable experience.
