A great experience. Tyler was extremely patient with us through the entire process and even after. Tyler knows his product line inside and out. He made sure we got the vehicle that best suited our family needs. When we went over features of the different models he was honest about the benefits and he understood that we really would not use them. My wife and I went back and fourth on the color and not once did he seem frustrated. He went to the extent to drive us over to there big lot to see all the colors at once. He went above and beyond our expectations. The manager Jack, was patient as well. He also was efficient, meaning he did not draw out the pricing process which is usually the painful part.
