We felt understood and respected throughout the process. The negotiation was fair and we felt confident purchasing our car. Great Salesman but.. I felt stupid for wasting my time preparing the Hyundai to trade in only to be given a rediculous offer. Should have known better. Suggesting to put $2000 on a credit card to a soon to be father is not intelligent. If I didn't like Nick I wouldn't have returned. Dealership wasted my time and no assistance getting a ride to pick up the car. $50 Uber ride and 355 tolls twice. Offering a $500 military discount to veterans within one year of discharge doesn't help very many of us but it makes Honda look good, until you read the fine print. Our carrier doesn't need to be stationed in Japan Honda. Show some real appreciation. More
