The salesman we met there, John Griffin, made us feel comfortable, like we had been friends for years. He carefully listened to our needs, offered suggestions and was happy to allow us as many test drives as we wanted. We then met Jack Davis, the Sales Manager. Because of the kindness shown to us by these two sales representatives, this car purchase proved to be a wonderful, positive experience! We chose the right dealership! More

Busy dealership, but very attentive! Shaun was great to work with throughout the sales process. He was knowledgeable about the Honda Pilot and matched our needs and wants to the packages Shaun was great to work with throughout the sales process. Jab also was extremely transparent and gave us fair pricing without much haggling. They were willing to work a bit on our trade in. I feel that the finance management guy in charge of final numbers for the protection packages was a bit sneaky, so be careful with the final numbers. We went to three dealerships that day, Shaun made the experience great from start to finish. When looking at a different type of car, I didn't get the attention from the salesman that we got from Shaun at Honda! More

Great Salesman but.. I felt stupid for wasting my time preparing the Hyundai to trade in only to be given a rediculous offer. Should have known better. Suggesting to put $2000 on a credit card to a soon to be father is not intelligent. If I didn't like Nick I wouldn't have returned. Dealership wasted my time and no assistance getting a ride to pick up the car. $50 Uber ride and 355 tolls twice. Offering a $500 military discount to veterans within one year of discharge doesn't help very many of us but it makes Honda look good, until you read the fine print. Our carrier doesn't need to be stationed in Japan Honda. Show some real appreciation. More
