When I drove to the dealership there was plenty of inventory to chose from. My salesperson, Bill Terhorst , was very knowledgeable and worked hard to make sure he answered all of my questions. You get the sense Bill and his co-workers are professionals who want your repeat business and referrals. I think the volume the dealership does allows for a very efficient buying process. The service department was impressive. Hopefully, I will not need to see them often other than oil changes and routine maintenance. Overall, a good experience from someone who has always considered buying a car similar to getting teeth pulled. More

I gave him a 2 1/2 hour limit to get the whole transaction complete, and he did pretty darn good. If you are looking for a salesman that knows what he is doing and treats his customers well, then ask for Ray Luttrell! The financial woman (sorry I forgot her name) we dealt with was also personable, pleasant, and quick. It was a great experience working with team at Valley Honda today. More
