I would know - I just bought my 3rd car from him! On a side note, AFTER I purchased my car Tom and the inventory manger (Shawn) noticed very light scratches on the window after it was detailed. They pulled me aside and offered to replace the entire window on the house. I had already paid for the car... talk about honest.
