Once we made the decision Shaun was very thorough about explaining the features in our vehicle and then set us up well when it was time to drive off the lot. I worked with two different salesmen, Ray and Eli, over the course of the two weeks it took me to finally choose a pre-owned (2017) Honda CR-V. There appeared to be good communication between them.
