Sal was not going to be in on the day I requested, so he referred me to his colleague, Ray Luttrell. Ray met me at the entrance when I arrived for my appointment, arranged for the test drive, an appraisal of my trade-in, and a test drive home. The transaction was politely and quickly finalized when I returned. All employees, whether salespeople, finance/paperwork managers, or detailing personnel were professional, timely, and polite at all time.
