Being a long time Valley Honda owner and customer, I bought my Honda pilot in 2007 and have been servicing it at Valley Honda the whole time., naturally I go to Valley Honda first to sell me a new 2021 bought my Honda pilot in 2007 and have been servicing it at Valley Honda the whole time., naturally I go to Valley Honda first to sell me a new 2021 Honda.. I was right to do so. I’ve dealt with John Griffin who turned out to be a very Pleasant and knowledgeable salesman.. we bought a 2021 Honda accord touring hybrid. My wife was anxious what with all the new innovations since 2007, but John Griffin eased her mind. He took her on two test drives to make sure she was proficient and at ease. The “classroom” and walk-around instruction was thoroughly and competently done. She loves the car and loves Valley Honda, even more so with after having dealt with John Griffin. Happy New Year. We had a very good experience with Pat Malik during our recent purchase of HONDA-CRV. Pat was very professional with the process and he was prompt in his responses. He was clear from the start that he wa recent purchase of HONDA-CRV. Pat was very professional with the process and he was prompt in his responses. He was clear from the start that he wanted a satisfied customer and did not rush through the process. He gave a walk-through of the entire workshop for me and my wife and I was impressed by Valley Honda’s space and the entire facility. We test drove two cars after choosing the color. Pat patiently explained all the steps and did it to us twice because the first vehicle had a scratch that could have been rectified but could have delayed the delivery. Kudos to Kevin Frank, for contacting me over email and especially for sharing with me the scratch on the first car before I could take delivery of the car. I could have easily walked away after buying the car with the scratch. Kevin's action showed professionalism and trustworthiness. Pat made sure that it was not a rush job on the getting the second car ready and waited patiently with us even though it was Christmas Eve. Pat also explained the internals of the operation before we took the car out and followed up with us after the sale. Overall, it was a great experience. More
