Ken Negley reached out to me with a personalized video of himself with the vehicle that I was interested in. I thought that was very nice. He also gave me a very good price. After meeting him I decided to bu himself with the vehicle that I was interested in. I thought that was very nice. He also gave me a very good price. After meeting him I decided to buy the Pilot. I also ordered some extras for the car. Ken did say that not all of the parts were available right now, but when available they would provide a loaner while they install the accessories. Mike Kijanowski kept me informed about the status of the parts. But when I made the appointment he made it seem like it was such a big deal to provide me with a loaner. That I really didn’t care for at all! More
