Dave was a true pleasure to work with. No pressure to purchase and he was professional throughout the transaction. In today's constrained market, I expected that Valley would not be interested in making purchase and he was professional throughout the transaction. In today's constrained market, I expected that Valley would not be interested in making a deal that I was willing to pay. That was not the case.
