I have a larger family and I wanted a reliable minivan to replace our Toyota Sienna. My wife was hoping for an Odyssey and the journey began to find the right one. I drove all the way from the St. Louis area just to buy from this dealer. Scott was outstanding, listened well and did all he could to help us. These are not easy times for anyone, and most certainly not to buy a car. I am thankful though for my experience with Valley Honda and it's clear why excellence is their middle name. Thanks Scott! Completely satisfied with my experience with Michael Edelen and Valley Honda. Stopped by Valley after having a bad experience at a Honda Dealer a few miles from my home. I told him initially that I would not be driving away with a car today, and that did not deter him from offering great service. Michael was helpful in not only the test drives and figuring out the options in the different models, but breaking them down on paper. Navigating the car market is a little different right now with the shortages and inflation, so things aren't always as they used to be. We decided to go ahead and order a new hybrid accord touring from Valley, even though the dealer down the road had two in stock. Michael kept us appraised of what was going on every two weeks like promised. When we went to pick up the car, we were in and out in less than 1.5 hours. Great experience, and will return to Valley Honda again. More
