We were very impressed with the Valley Honda in Aurora when we purchased our new CRV in early March 2022. Not only was the facility clean, but it provided amenities for customers (work stations, computers when we purchased our new CRV in early March 2022. We worked with Chris who was professional and knowledgeable when questions were asked. We appreciated his transparency, and didn’t feel like we were getting scammed or lied to. We came to the Valley Honda after receiving a quote from another Honda in the area, and the pricing of the new vehicle was about $2,000 less. We were initially told the vehicle be available in July/August, but a week after our initial visit, we received a call from Chris stating our car was ready for pickup. The pickup process was smooth, and we drove home our CRV that day. Then finance department was a little pushy and came off a tad desperate when trying to sell us a warranty after we politely declined twice, but aside from that, we had a very pleasant experience at this dealership. Despite it being farther from our house than another Honda dealership, we will be using the Valley Honda in the future for maintenance and car purchases. More

I thought they would do more when I leased a car from McGrath they added some oil changes.
