The transition from lease to purchase was flawless, and with the pandemic we did not expect to see the CR-V for months. However, in less than two months, we were notified the car was being built and we were called a week or so later to tell us it arrived at the dealership. The CR-V was immaculate. We went for a test drive and John explained features prior to the test drive, during and after. He was very knowledgeable, so it did not take long.
