Fred was our salesman, and he was AMAZING. My husband and I needed a new car, and buying a car right now is tricky due to the low inventory and such. When my husband brought me into Valley Honda to show me the car he found, I also instantly connected with Fred! Fred is SO personable, relatable, patient, and just a good person overall. You could tell he connects with his customers, he doesn't just go straight for the sale. Our car took about 2 months to come in and Fred updated us every couple of weeks on how things were going. I can't say enough good things about Fred and Valley Honda. I would recommend him personally to all of my friends and family. We will 100% be returning for future car purchases. One phrase comes to mind when I try to describe Valley Honda: "low-pressure buying experience". I was looking for a new Honda that was in short supply everywhere. The dealerships near me were adding marku Honda: "low-pressure buying experience". I was looking for a new Honda that was in short supply everywhere. The dealerships near me were adding markups and accessories that added thousands to the MSRP. Valley Honda is about 1 1/2 hours away but I was able to order a vehicle from them by phone. I worked with Luis Geataz-Morales and Jab Rahman. They quoted me a very fair price and didn't add any accessories unless I asked for them specifically. Valley Honda initially expected the vehicle to be delivered in 6 months and they kept me updated every two weeks on the status. To my happy surprise, the vehicle actually became available in 2 months. Because of the shortened timeframe, I had a small difficulty getting the funds together so quickly and when I explained it to them, they worked with me to make sure I could take delivery of the vehicle without forcing me into an uncomfortable financial position. When I visited the dealership to finalize the purchase, Luis and Jab were just as easy to work with in person as they were by email and phone. Both were knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions. The car was ready and the one accessory I asked for was already installed on the vehicle. I'm very happy with Valley Honda and I can say for certain that I will check with them first the next time I'm in the market and I'll be recommending Valley to friends and family. More
