Roland took the time to understand what I was looking for in my next vehicle and provided timely updates on inventory availability. Once I selected the model I wanted, Roland was very knowledgeable about all the package options and helped explain the features so I could make the best decision for my needs. Roland made the entire purchase process smooth and stress-free. I am thrilled with my new Honda and so appreciative of the excellent customer service I received. Luis was very helpful and quick to relay information to me as well as answer and questions I had throughout my car buying process. Additionally, he made sure I was able to fill out as much paperwork ahead me as well as answer and questions I had throughout my car buying process.
