We had a great shopping experience at Valley Honda. I am living in a city 100 miles away from Naperville. Within an hour of requesting an online quote, I received a response from Jab Rahman. That quote was very tempting and we decided to visit the dealership next day. I had so many questions on the 2011 Honda Accord before making a purchase decision. Jab was very friendly; he explained all the features patiently as we did the test drive. After coming back, when we started the negotiations, I still got few outstanding concerns. Jab came with us for a second test drive and helped as to clear our concerns. He took us to the inventory lot and showed the different trim levels/other colors for the new Honda Accord; that helped us a lot in making our decision on which color and trim level to choose. Jab could get us a great price that was almost $4,000 less than the quote I received from the dealership at my city. The friendly nature of Jab as well us his patience in answering our questions made our purchasing experience truly unique. We left the dealership with our new car as well us with great new friends. Just moved to Chicago from NYC and after trying in-town dealers, decided to give the Burb's a try. Happily we drove out Napierville way and came across Valley Honda but more importantly Jab Rahman. While the Valley Honda facility was the most efficient, modern showroom I've visited in over 50 years of buying automobiles, it was the attention given us as we walked in the door by Jab that enabled my wife and I to focus on the right car for our price range and driving requirements. Not only did we get personalized care from Jab on that initial visit, but because of his timely follow-up, we took the trip back out to Valley 2 days later over Memorial Day weekend to close the deal and trade in our existing Accord. It could not have been a more pleasurable experience. Valley Honda management, you have a gem in Jab Rahman and as a former Regional Sales Manager myself, I wish I had dedicated and diligent people working for and representing my company and products these past 40 years. Over Memorial weekend, I visited Edmunds.com to inquire about a 2011 Honda Accord V6 coupe. Mario Morath from Valley Honda contaced me with the best offer. Since they did not have the car available that weekend and there was a special 0.9 financing available, Mario got proactive checking daily to find the exact car I was searching for. He contacted me over the 4th of July weekend stating that he will be getting the car in towards the beginning of August. I came in to close the deal on July 5th. Since I was already the owner of a 1999 Honda Accord, Mario checked to see if I was entitled to an additional discount, since there is a Honda Loyalty program. He checked with a manager and offered me an additional $500. I was so greatful, and closed the deal. That same evening I got a phone call from the manager stating that they had made an error. The offer was only good if one has a 2000 or higher automobile. Several phone calls later I spoke the Don Davis, the general manager. After listening to what had happened, he decided to go ahead and honor the deal and give me the extra $500 off even though it was not part of the program. Thanks to both Mario Morath, and Don Davis, Valley Honda has a LOT OF CLASS! I would tell anyone to buy a car from them! Lynn Vincolese More

I went to Valley Honda with the intention of buying a used car. It had to be the right car (color,options), in the right condition (low miles), and for the right price. Kurt Gonzalez(Sales Mgr) stepped in, and after some negotiating, we arrived at a price that was fair for the car. A week after I had the car, I noticed several things that needed attention. I brought the car back to dealership. I met with Jab and Kurt and they made sure that my concerns were addressed to my satisfaction. This was the second car that I bought from Valley Honda, and my third Honda. I would recommend Valley Honda to anyone looking for a new car. More

Valley Honda not only gave me a honest and haggle-free deal that beat any competitor's offer in the Naperville/Aurora area but they also made themselves extremely available and helpful by letting me contact my salesperson by phone/text, taking time to explain various aspects of the car, touring the facility and ultimately working out a payment plan that was affordable for me. I cannot say enough to recommend this quality dealership to those who maybe on a budget but are still looking for a first-class car buying experience. More

I was very happy that the young salesman was very knowledgable and especially helpful in giving comparisons of different models on this lot as well as comparing to car makes and models at other dealerships we asked about. When we asked how a certain model at this dealership compared to say BMW or Toyota similar models he gave a positive rather than negative approach. My mother and I felt very confident that we were making the right decision. We met the General Manager, Don Davis and were satisfied we made the right choice. I would definitly recommend Valley Honda and Jason Simon he is an Excellent salesman. More
