As a first time Honda buyer, I was very happy with the knowledge and professionalism of my salesperson, Michelle. With the help of the internet, pricing brought me to Valley Honda as I had looked at the knowledge and professionalism of my salesperson, Michelle. Within a few minutes Michelle pointed out several features that I had not been shown previously. Michelle went above and beyond as the vehicle that I was looking for was not in their inventory and I needed the car for an upcoming trip within three days. She had the "team" locate a suitable vehicle in Wisconsin and make sure that it was ready for me in time. On delivery, Michelle took the time to point out several additional features that were useful on our trip, saving me time! While I have only owned the vehicle a short time, the entire staff at Valley Honda has been very polite and helpful as the vehicle was in for several after-market items following our trip. More

He was very personable, knowledgable, and helpful. Not at all pushy or overbearing like I've found many sales people to be. After my test drive, I was even taken on a tour in back to see their massive auto shop, very impressive. Even more impressive was the area customers wait while their vehicles are being worked on. There are televisions, dozens of computers, a coffee station, they take care of you for sure. Overall, with Jose's help and guidance, the impressive facility, and of course the Honda Civic itself, my time spent at Valley Honda was Five Star. I know I made the right choice. More

I bought a new Honda Accord and my experience has been great with this dealership. Jab Rahman was my salesperson. He is pleasant to deal with and did a great job once we reached there. Till the time we left dealership, he took care of our needs. I definitely will recommend Jab to anyone. The dealership is also excellent in terms of conveniences offered. Rab had great customer service. He was very nice and was easy to work with. The dealership itself is very high tech with computers to use while you wait and coffee and tea. Jose is new but very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He patiently showed us all of the features and was very good at pointing out the features that might be important for our needs with teenagers. He is very friendly and comfortable to work with, and made the process of selecting a vehicle and negotiating a price easy for us. He showed us how to use the website. After the sale, he followed up to make sure things were going well with the vehicle and to see if we I had questions. Jose made effective use of email to answer my many questions and to check on us regarding our return and on our satisfaction afterwards. I would recommend him to my friends and neighbors. Kurt made sure that we were attended to, and he came over to our discussion with Jose and volunteered a lower price to get things moving when we visited for the first time. He was equally attentive to both husband and wife, which is good since this purchase was for the latter driver. He runs a fine showroom floor. Stephanie helped answer questions about extended warranty via email and the payment process and thereby helped us get to point of sale. Final sale process went quickly and smoothly because she was well-prepared. All of these staff members were extremely busy and were working very long hours (70 hour week) during the Honda Days sales which took place at the time that our vehicle arrived came in for prep and for our purchase. They (esp. Jose) still took time to answer my emails, field my phone calls, walk us through the website, and personalize features on the new car at pick-up.
