A few weeks before the sale, I notified Jose that I was looking for a Civic under $10.000. We stayed in touch with a couple hit and misses along the way. When I arrived, Jose made sure that it went through inspection, he even let me walk under the car to see the undercarriage. The mechanic answered any of my questions while I was checking the underside of the car. There was 1 hour+ of haggling after I really like the car. Jose helped me really get the lowest price from his superiors. The car was washed and detailed before I drove it off the lot. More

I just leased my first car. I couldn't have asked for better service. Often times you hear of sales representatives that are dishonest. I can assure you, both Kurt and Chuck are wonderful people. Before we even started talking about leasing a car, I was given a complete tour of the dealership. The shop area is well organized. Chuck and Kurt are interested in not only helping you choose a car that will best suit your needs, but also just being your friend. They listen to what you have to say and do not force anything upon you. Chuck broke down the process into simple steps and explained everything along the way. He kept all my paperwork in a single folder; he was well organized and always stayed on task. Though they had to go to the Chicagoland area to get my car, it was still in on time. My car had more accessories than I had agreed to pay for; but because Chuck was thinking about his client (me) rather than the money, I was able to keep these accessories for my car and the dealership paid for the extra costs. Despite that I am in college and have a lot of expenses already, I am excited to say that my monthly payment for my new Honda civic is more than affordable. I promise you, you cannot go wrong if you choose to work with these two salesmen. They are fantastic! More

This dealership, in particular Joe Barsalona, both were recommended to me by a friend with whom I had been sharing some not so stellar experiences at other dealerships. I literally ambushed Joe on a busy Saturday, in desperate need of a car for my 17 year old daughter. Joe invited me to view the vast inventory, and produced information about, and keys for, the vehicles in which I expressed interest. He was knowledgeable about new as well as pre-owned and certified pre-owned vehicles, and explained the distinctions to me. When I still was undecided, he asked some probing questions about what my daughter's needs were vis a vis the vehicle, and directed me to what turned out to be the perfect vehicle for her. I had missed this car when I walked through the lot. Joe provided detailed information about every aspect of the vehicle, and took the time to accompany me on a test drive in order to answer questions. He was extremely affable and insightful. There was no obvious pressure to purchase a vehicle that day (as some of the other dealerships tended to exert), but rather courteous direction from Joe. He was able to offer me a reasonable price for a car which fit my specifications quite nicely, so I decided to buy it at that time. I highly recommend this dealership, and more particularly Joe Barsalona, for his excellence, knowledge, and people skills, together with a great little car which my daughter loves! More
