The whole experience was excellent. I had just left Honda in Joliet when Joe Barsalona called me in reply to my internet search. He offered me incentives that I wasn't told about at the other place and he was never pushy. I requested quotes from three different dealerships and let them all know it. Valley Honda's offer was the lowest to begin with. They were all willing to beat their competitors' prices and I was very pleased with the deals I was offered. Joe even called back only hours before I was scheduled to meet there and told me about another incentive announced that morning which would be added to my offer. In the end, I chose Valley Honda beacuse of the good impression I got during that first call from Joe. I need to like the whole dealership and trust that, if I have any issues in future, I will be treated as a valued customer and will be well taken care of. I'm really happy with the deal that I got and it never felt like a hassel. This is my third Accord and I'm glad that I can have as good of an experience with the dealership as I've always had with the cars. More

From the moment I entered the dealership, the greeter was friendly and immediately helped me get in touch with my sales consultant, Mario Morath. Mario had gone out of his way to set up an appointment for me, on his day off (!), in order to accomodate my schedule. He was friendly, knowlegeable, and very professional throughout the process. His Manager was also very helpful and professional, and they both made me feel at ease, as did the finance office specialist.
