This was one of the best new car buying experiences I have ever had. From the very first "just looking" visit, Brian Edwards was genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, easy going and warm - h have ever had. From the very first "just looking" visit, Brian Edwards was genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, easy going and warm - he was the antithesis of the stereotypical car dealer. He went out of his way to answer and even demonstrate the answers to every question I had. From that visit on, I knew if I was going to be buying a new Honda, I wanted to buy from Brian at Valley. A week later after gathering all my OTD quotes, Valley met the best price and Nick Capezio worked diligently and without one furrowed brow to meet my needs on my trade-in. Valley Honda is NOT a smarmy car dealership. I felt important and respected as a customer - especially as a female customer. Brian even went out of his way to make my father and my son feel comfortable during our visits. The only negative was the time we had to wait to get to the finance person - but then, considering Valley sold 50 Hondas that day, I guess that is to be expected in order to do business with an excellent dealership.
