They were willing to work with me on my purchase and was able to get me where I wanted to be at. I would recommend this dealership and staff to work with. able to get me where I wanted to be at. I would recommend this dealership and staff to work with. More
Like many people in the market for a car, I normally dread the experience. No one likes to "be sold," and at many dealerships they don't want you to leave the place until they have tried hard to "close" dread the experience. No one likes to "be sold," and at many dealerships they don't want you to leave the place until they have tried hard to "close" you. Not so at Valley Honda. When I asked for them to e-mail me some pricing because I was running late for something, they said sure. I walked out. They didn't seem afraid that I wouldn't come back. And you know what? I came back. They said it many times, that they wanted to earn my business, and they did. We met the owner of the dealership as we were signing all the documents, and he was as nice as could be. I'd have no problem referring anybody to this dealership. And my v6 Accord is great! More

The customer service was great, they were very polite and helpful during our sales experience at Valley Honda in Naperville. I will definitely consider going there again once I'm ready for a new car. helpful during our sales experience at Valley Honda in Naperville. The sales people were freindly and helpful. I did feel that there was too much warrenty and extra protection packages thrown at us at the end. Would have liked one option instead of having to redo monthly that there was too much warrenty and extra protection packages thrown at us at the end. i went into the dealership looking for a new car for both me and my brother. i knew i wanted the crosstour, so jack let me test drive the car a couple times. then he pulled up several used cars for my broth me and my brother. i knew i wanted the crosstour, so jack let me test drive the car a couple times. then he pulled up several used cars for my brother, in the price range i was looking for. we test drove about five cars and then i decided to get him a new car. so jack pulled up new cars in my price range and let my brother test drive them. it took several visits, but we finally figured everything out. i ended up buying the crosstour for myself and crv for my brother. jack was really helpful and patient with me. im not always the easiest person to work with, but i think his years of practice, made it a bit easier lol and i would recommend jack to anyone. all day, everyday. however, he told me he would introduce me to JT, and that hasn't happened yet... so jack, make it happen :) More
Recently my wife and I purchased a 2012 Crosstour from Luis Cordero at Valley Honda. Buying a car for us is usually a tedious experience with a tag team of salespeople and management "closers" ganging up Luis Cordero at Valley Honda. Buying a car for us is usually a tedious experience with a tag team of salespeople and management "closers" ganging up on unsuspecting buyers trying to manipulate figures to try to make it look like they're giving you the world! We had just come from a Nissan dealer who gave us very little for our trade but a lot off the sticker price of the car. When we asked about their special "National Tent Sale" and finance rate, they literally told us you can only get a good price on the car or a good financing rate. When we said thank you but not interested, they conveniently forgot where they put our car keys. I only mention this because of the stark difference in the way we were treated at Valley Honda and by Luis Cordera in particular. At the point we had reached Valley Honda we had already looked at two other different makes of cars so we were pretty tired of listening to pushy sales pitches, which we told Luis early on in the conversation. We knew Honda's are great cars; our trade in was a 10 year old CRV and we had also had a Civic in the past. Luis, his manager and the finance department were all friendly, joking with us as well as very informative and NOT pushy. Luis was very knowledgeable in his car's options and selling points as well as comparisons between the Crosstour and other makers cars we were considering. We got a fair price for our trade-in, a very fair discount on our new car and .9% financing as well; that was 3 for 3 compared to one of three from Nissan, not to mention we chose the Crosstour over the Nissan Maxima as far as comfort, interior room and styling! Originally my wife wanted a Maxima; I wanted a Crosstour, but the hitch was the car was really for her so it was her choice! She liked the Maxima until she saw the Crosstour! (She had never seen one). She didn't want another SUV but wanted to have a large trunk; needles to say the Crosstour has more than that; the "best of both worlds" so to speak. One ride in the Honda and Luis' friendly, easier going disposition and professionalism sold us in that one visit and we left that night tired of looking but with the best choice(and deal) we could have made! I should also add that in the previous Honda CRV that we traded we always, without exception had very positive experiences in the service department too and the walk through we took with Luis only shows the pride taken in how clean and efficiently the shop is runned. In this day and age of hundreds of choices and new car claims we felt we should look at other makes but the question that begs answering is why look when we knew how happy we were with the Honda's performance? Who knows, just curious I guess, but at least we made the right final decision! My wife said the toughest thing about the purchase was choosing between two colors of cars on the lot; quite a testament in itself considering buying a car is the second most expensive item in many peoples' lives and also that my wife kept her last Honda for 10 years and also considering the grueling two sales "pitches" lasting close to two hours each we had been through right before we came to Valley Honda. Thanks again Luis for the great experience; keep up the good wor Mark and Karen W More
Bill and Kurt where great to work with. My experience as before when I bought my Honda Odyssey was outstanding. My son spilled coffee on his new car and Bill was right there to clean it up. I gave Valley Honda an overall rating of 5 because from my first experience (contacting salesperson Jeremy Andrews via the Internet) to my final experience with Bob Mueller, all of my questions and concern my first experience (contacting salesperson Jeremy Andrews via the Internet) to my final experience with Bob Mueller, all of my questions and concerns were answered. Jeremy took his time and showed me many different cars, so that I would be content with my buying decision. He was never impatient nor made me feel rushed or overwhelmed during the process. More
