I drove more than 40miles from where I live to Valley Honda to buy the CRV from them - even though there were more than 3 other Honda dealers near my place, all within 10-20 miles range. I sent them a request for Internet Price, and got a quick response from Chuck Vosburgh, with a reasonable quote which didn't quite beat others, but a few email communications with Chuck made sure that he has the exact model/trim I wanted at the best price. When I finally arrived at the dealership, even if without an appointment, Chuck was able to get the car ready for test drive in less than 10min. I researched my model beforehand, knew what it has to offer, but Chuck's explanation made it easier when I got to see all those features in-person. The financing part was even better - they got me an APR rate that I was expecting, and I was happy they could meet my expectations. The whole purchase process went for 3hrs, but I must say, that I felt no pressure from Chuck, or Nick (the manager), it was just like buying at any retail store, where you are in charge of making the final decision, and the salesmen are simply trying to help you with detailed info you need. I left the dealership at 10pm, but Chuck was still there to explain all the features one last time, before I drove off. I don't know when I'll buy my next car, but I'll be back to Chuck or Valley Honda before I buy anywhere else. He made the entire process very pleasant. He also followed up, as promised, to see everything is fine with the car, after a few days. That's the best customer service I ever got from a car dealership. Thank you, Chuck and Valley Honda. More

We had a great experience with James Kirpanos at Valley Honda. Before we went in, we had communicated through e-mail and phone, and James really listened to what we were looking for. We were still deciding if the Odyssey fit our needs, so James offered for us to take the minivan home for a few hours to get a better feel for it. Through the whole process, my husband and I felt very confident that James was not pushing us toward a car or an extra that didn’t suit us. Our two young kids were with us, and James helped make the process a lot less stressful by understanding that they would need our attention at times. He set them up with coloring books, computer games, and television to keep them entertained. Overall, it seemed like James was acting like a guide who helped us through the buying process. In the end, price was a main priority for us, and we believe that James helped us get the best price possible. We’ve bought another vehicle from Valley Honda, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the facility, the staff, or the vehicles. More

I went to the dealership because Don Davis is a friend of the family but he was busy so he brought Nick over to help us and right off the bat he was very energetic cool guy .... By the end of my visit we ma the family but he was busy so he brought Nick over to help us and right off the bat he was very energetic cool guy .... By the end of my visit we made a friendship and ended up seeing pictures of his family.. And he took one of me and my mom with my new car n emailed to us thought that was really sweet!! Dwan was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable and very straight forward and very flexible. Dwan overnight-ed some paper work in order to make the deal go more smoothly.
