I purchased my previous 2009 Honda Civic LX-S from him a few years ago. I was looking for a fuel efficient car at the time and needed to ditch my gas guzzling SUV fast. Over the years he has kept in touch with me making sure if I ever needed anything to give him a hollar. After a few weeks of correspondence through email, last week I paid him a visit to trade my Civic for a used CR-V with low miles. It was a busy day when I stopped by the dealership and Dan made sure my wait was comfortable. After some time, he felt bad for having me wait (THE LOBBY WAS PACKED) and decided to get another sales consultant for me so that I wouldn't be waiting any longer. Major kudos to Dan for keeping the customer's best interests at heart. I work in sales as well, and it's hard to let an opportunity pass, but decisions have to be made. What a great guy! It was an incredible experience dealing with Valley Honda. Dwan was a great sales person to work with. He was friendly, courteous and explanative. Mario was exceptionally professional, courteous, and knowledgable about the Honda we wanted. He was thorough and quick with processing and put us in the right vehicle for the right price. Our sales consultant, Bill Terhorst, went above and beyond what would be expected of any sales consultant in helping us orchestrate a surprise gift of a Fit. He personally delivered the car to rest beyond what would be expected of any sales consultant in helping us orchestrate a surprise gift of a Fit. He personally delivered the car to restaurant, put a big bow on it than texted as to when it was "safe" to come out. He even video taped the big surprise! Kudo's to the dealership for locating the car in the color we wanted and getting it to the dealership in time for the big surprise. We were so impressed with Bill that even though we had an offer at another dealership of 140.00 less for the car we gave Bill the sale and couldn't have been happier with our decision. More

From a facilities standpoint, Valley Honda is top notch. The showroom is clean, the maintenance garages are large, and the waiting areas are second to none. This is the second car I've bought from Valley, and I have no interest going anywhere else. I live much closer to the Lisle Honda, but after three bad experiences with them, they've lost my business. As for Aldo. Buying a car can be an overwhelming process because of the back and forth games that are played. However, Aldo was quite the opposite. We were very clear on what our budget was, and he did his very best to keep us within that. He was refreshingly honest with us throughout the process, and went above and beyond to satisfy us - - even sending us out with a full tank of gas. If you're going to buy a car. Buy a Honda. If you're going to buy a Honda, buy it from Valley Honda. If you're going to buy from Valley Honda, buy from Aldo Huerta. More
