This is the second vehicle that I purchased from Valley Honda. They are great at showing you the vehicle and not giving the "you must buy now" speech that so many dealerships do. My only complaint is the l Honda. They are great at showing you the vehicle and not giving the "you must buy now" speech that so many dealerships do. My only complaint is the length of time between the handshake agreement and signing the contract. I realize it takes time but it would be nice to be told "this will take 2 hours" or something so you could leave and come back. Instead I was told it was almost done a ton of times. All things considered my shopping and purchasing experiences at valley Honda have been positive and I will use them for my vehicle maintenance and likely my next pilot as well. More

I had a pretty good experience for the most part with Valley Honda. Jack McMahon was the salesperson I worked with and although he has not been at the dealership for very long, was knowledgeable about t Valley Honda. Jack McMahon was the salesperson I worked with and although he has not been at the dealership for very long, was knowledgeable about the product and was very friendly throughout the process. There were just a couple of things that I would recommend going forward and they are small in nature but go a long way in the eyes of the dealership and the customer experience. One is that there should be a porter working with transferring items from one car to the other as part of the process of getting the vehicle for delivery. Another is to have a full tank of gas in the car upon delivery. Finally, the license plate in the front of the car was put on upside down and if not for an observant sales person who saw it, would have remained that way. The price of my particular vehicle came in a little higher than what I had requested that it come in at, however the overall experience was good outside of the couple of small things that I mentioned above. Last week I went to this dealer to buy a new Accord. The place is excellent, well maintained and a nice showroom. All of my friends provided good review about Valley Honda sales team and for the same reason place is excellent, well maintained and a nice showroom. All of my friends provided good review about Valley Honda sales team and for the same reason we decide to buy the car from this dealer. We initially worked with the sales person Jab Rahman later we requested the Sales manager to switch the sales person due to our bad experience with Jeb. Jeb is very hard to deal with. Specifically his comment 'wihout the dealership making profit we will not be able to provide you starbucks coffee' was truely unprefessional and got us angry. He did not understand we come to the dealership to buy car not to drink the starbucks coffee. Except Mohit being very friendly and helpful overall the sales staff did not do good job. Eventhough our experience is not good and valley honda quote is bit more compared to other dealers quote, we end up buying the car from this dealership just for the reasons 'Excellent service team' and the dealership is near to our home. I understand it is hard to be a car sales person but that does not justify to get frustrated at the customer. Just to express our experience so it gives everyone the chance correct their mistakes. I was in the market for a new Honda Fit. I did all my research online and had a price in mind. I emailed many dealers in the area, Tom from Valley Honda contacted me and said they could provide the car research online and had a price in mind. I emailed many dealers in the area, Tom from Valley Honda contacted me and said they could provide the car OTD for just about the price I wanted. Discussed when I would be in to purchase and Tom was ready, showed me the car and was very helpful. Very simple and easy purchase for my first new car. It was a little long getting the insurance set but that was the agency and not Tom or Valley Honda. Highly recommend both Tom and the dealship. More

This is the third car i have bought through the same person (Gerry) in the last 3 months. I was never a huge fan of Honda but Gerry's dealing style made me so comfortable that it turned out to be an ama person (Gerry) in the last 3 months. I was never a huge fan of Honda but Gerry's dealing style made me so comfortable that it turned out to be an amazing experience. He is a straight shooter, listens and understands your needs. He is not one of those pushy sales people and thats what i liked about him. Very easy going and good to talk to. Overall Cars are pretty decent - I have driven them enough to say a lot but so far so good . I bought 2 Accords and a Civic. (all 2012.) More
