Valley Honda

My experience with Valley Honda was a pleasant one. I had never been in a position to buy a car new, so I wasn't sure what to expect but the salesperson Katy was easy to talk to and didn't make me feel intim never been in a position to buy a car new, so I wasn't sure what to expect but the salesperson Katy was easy to talk to and didn't make me feel intimidated or pressured. Came in looking at the 2012 Fit Sport, and that's what I got, they even ended up having the color I wanted to boot. Having only the wisdom of the internet on my side, I expected the finance and insurance office to be where things would go sideways and the experience would diminish, but that ended up not being the case. They were very friendly and easy to work with. Their service facility is also very nice and quite large so hopefully that will mean maintenance trips will be that much quicker in the future. Overall I would recommend Valley Honda to anyone interested in a Honda. More

We had a GREAT experience with Michelle Malvasio at Valley Honda. The negotiation was straightforward and fair. There wasn't the smell of desperation like you feel at some dealerships, where they won't budge on the price, yet make you feel bad when you say no. We didn't get the run around and have to meet one manager, then that manager's manager, and then that manager's manager, all trying to squeeze us to buy. We spoke with Michelle only, and she quickly had us on our way in a very fairly priced car! My experience was -- I had a number in mind, they had a range in mind, and they were happy to meet me where I was comfortable. Michelle is professional and friendly, and knowledgeable about her inventory. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to her! More

We had the pleasure of purchasing a minivan from Bill. We had spoken with once about what we were looking for, and they did not have anything at the moment. But a short time later they got one in, and Bill remembered we were looking and gave us a call. It was exactly what we wanted, for the price we needed. He not only was courteous and friendly in selling us a car, he went above and beyond to help us find the right one, even though they did not have it at first. Then, 18 months later, our van was totaled! We called Bill again, and again he was on the lookout for us, finding us just what we needed for the price we needed. We have now had the opportunity to work with Bill twice to purchase a used van, and have had excellent experiences both times. In addition, Bill has followed up with us to ensure that everything is going well, even calling to wish me a happy birthday!
