Dave Avemian had phenomenal customer service. He catered to my needs as a car buyer, there was no pressure and he did not inundate me with too much info just to make a sale. He also proceeded to collect items from my old vehicle that I accidentally left inside which are indeed very valuable to me. Dave assessed my needs as a consumer and did his best to get me a great price for my new vehicle. He assessed how much I was looking to spend, features that were a must, model/make of my new vehicle and what it would take to get my business that day. Let me start by saying I hate buying cars, it's a terrible experience. This is my 2nd car that i've purchased this year and this was a far more enjoyable experience then the 1st time around. He probably gave me information on the car that he shouldn't have to reassure me on the quality of the car i was getting. And it made a big difference. He made sure me and my wife were comfortable at the dealer in the 4+ hours we were there. Dave also didn't make me feel like i was getting abused by a car salesman. I felt like he was just trying to be fair. And i can't ask for more from a car salesman. When i buy my next car (hopefully 5 years from now) i would definitely go back to Dave and Valley Honda. They have a really nice facility and even the finance manager really really worked to get my business. All around a good experience and i'm sending my parents there for their next car for sure. More

My wife and I are glad we drove the hour to visit Valley Honda. We actually found them here on Dealer Rater as well as a recommendation from a friend of mine. We knew exactly what we wanted before we arrived (2012 Pilot EX-L) and we were glad Chuck met us at the door when we arrived. Real nice guy, we explained what we were looking for, and Chuck didn't pressure us or push us to add anything we didn't want or need. We came to a deal on our trade in as well as the new Pilot and we were in and out in less than 3 hours from when Chuck greeted us. He also took a lot of care in going over a few features in the Pilot for my wife and made sure the car was detailed and shiny when we left the dealership. VERY impressive dealership as well. Our kids were able to get a drink and play on their iMacs in the waiting area. The service department is massive yet immaculate as well. Good chance we will be a repeat customer of theirs years from now and we will recommend Valley Honda to friends and family. More

Great 2nd experience here at Valley Honda and the second time we have dealt with Jeremy Andrews. We purchased our '09 Odyssey here and were treated wonderfully and the finance dept really worked hard to get time we have dealt with Jeremy Andrews. So when we went back to get our '12 Odyssey I didn't expect anything less. Jeremy made the experience a pleasure and was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable. My wife had to leave to take the kids home to bed and after the deal was done Jeremy came to our house to have her sign the paperwork. Such a great place to do business, little details are covered and cared for. I appreciate that very much. I intend in buying ALL my cars from Valley Honda. I highly recommend them! More

He provides specific information about pricing and availability for the two models that we were considering. Joe worked with us to schedule a convenient time for a test drive and had one of the vehicles that we were considering ready for our test drive when we arrived at the dealer. He let my wife and I take the vehicle for a brief test drive all by ourselves. This enabled us to enjoy a relaxed drive and chat about the vehicle openly between us. Joe then provided a tour of the entire dealer facility and addressed questions we had about the shuttle service to my office during normal service. Afterwards, Joe asked us about OUR NEEDS and verified that the vehicle we drove was the best choice to meet OUR NEEDS. After discussing some options and opportunities, we both arrived at a deal that was fair for us and for the dealer. Joe then assisted us in transferring our belongings from our trade in to our new car and helped us "pair" our smartphones with the bluetooth system in our new car. He has been extremely responsive on a couple of questions we have had post sale about how our vehicle works. We are so impressed with Joe that we're already working to refer our friends to him not only for a Honda but also to be treated with respect during the anxious times associated with buying a new car.
