Recently purchased a CRV EXL 2013 from Nick and Katy at this dealer. I did all of my research online and was going towards the 2012 due to financing incentives. After going back and forth just a few times via phone both Katy and Nick were able to accomdoate our needs on a 2013 EXL for 10+% under invoice. Not only did they meet our needs, my wife changed her minda at the last minute on the actual color of the vehicle. This is generally not an issue, however, ours was already cleaned up and waiting in the pickup area. Nick had no problem in swapping out the vehicle for our color choice. Great customer service. I have been a Honda owner for the last 17 years of my driving career and will continue to patronize Valley Honda due in part to the incredible experience received by both Nick and Katy. I would also like to mention that they dealership went over an extensive overahaul over the last 2 years and no longer makes you feel "trapped" in when negotiating. Like I said, we did most of our negoiating via phone, however there were a few minor things that needed to be done on site and this was done in the cafeteria area. I woudl highly recommend both Nick and katy as well as Valley Hoda to anybody seeking aboth a great deal and experience in purchasing their next Honda. Thank you More

Mr. Barsolona was attentive during the process and took the time to answer all of our questions about some of the new features of our new CRV. Our previous Hondas were sold to us by Mr. Mimbs who we've learned has been promoted to a manager role and we were not surprised in his success either. He had us work with Joe and we were delighted to know we now have two outstanding professional contacts at Valley Honda. One of the key attributes that we are repeat customers of Valley Honda is their service department who have always kept our vehicles in top running condition whenever any problem has been noticed. This was my second sales experience with Valley, both of which were extremely positive. In keeping with the Honda brand, I felt like Valley employees were honest and straightforward- no games. Jab was the sales person I worked with and he was quick and concise about answering questions with no hesitation. Very confidence inspiring. Because I did a lot of investigation into cost of the Odyssey model I bought, it was very apparent to me that Valley's pricing was competitive. That is why I was willing to drive 2 1/2 hours to by my Honda there. I felt even better about that decision upon completing the purchase at Valley, based on the accommodating atmosphere. There's no question that my next Honda purchase will happen at Valley because of 1. competitive pricing 2. great service from Jab 3. great atmosphere. This is the first review I have ever written for anything or anyone and it comes from a woman’s point of view. My husband and I are repeat Valley Honda customers and we purchased another new car this past week. Out of the 8 Hondas we have owned, 5 of them have come from Valley Honda. Even though I have another big-name dealership just blocks from my house, we travel to Valley for the excellent treatment/service. As a woman, I had found car dealerships to be intimidating to say the least. Valley is friendly and we are never pressured. They seem to want the customer to be “comfortable” both in negotiations and in handling the sale and the after sale service. Joe Barcelona was our salesman this time around – he’s a prize and a gentleman. They are lucky to have him on staff and he never rushed us through any of our visits. We will surely look for him when we are ready for the next new car. And the owner, Bob, personally spent time with us when we picked up the new car. He's a personable fellow who chatted and questioned us about our experience with them. He was delighted to learn we were repeat customers. The Service Dept. is clean, bright and efficient and often the vehicle is ready is less than the time quoted. I have never had any issues with any of the service people or the actual work. We were trying to think of something they could improve on, but we really cannot. These are some of the reasons this dealership does such a large volume……………but first and foremost is the “friendly” non-pressuring atmosphere that they share with their customers. This is why we keep going back. More

I wanted a basic car with minimum down payment and low monthly lease payments. Bob Mueller started the process with "exactly" what I wanted, and had Katy Meyer follow up when he wasn't available. Both Bob and Katy were personable and professional. Katy was superlative in again listening to my needs and helping me find the car that would fit my criteria. She is outstanding in my opinion. Valley Honda is a really nice place to visit compared to some of the competition. Everyone was very friendly and the showroom was clean, brightly lit and very "professional." I got what I wanted and more for a price I feel was very competitive and within my expectations. More
