I went to Valley because of their reputation. Unfortunately the deal they were offering was simply absurd. I thought about it overnight and went to another dealer, Lisle, which have me a better deal, and saved me a 2000 dollar Down payment. I felt like I was being played and they took advantage of my situation. They wanted the maximum amount from me without any consideration for my well being. Jim was wringing his greedy hands behind the manager live a wolf. Sorry Valley, maybe other sales people are more caring than Jim, but if everyone it's like him, then it will only be a matter of time before others use reviews like this to make their decision to shop elsewhere. As I decided to purchase a new 2013 Honda Accord, I started my research in the middle of October to look at nearby dealerships. The price was competitive and the professionalism was far superior to the other dealers I visited. I felt right at home and never rushed or pressured.
