Working with Brian and Mohit, I was able to turn in my lease car that was going to be over in mileage and lease a 2012 model with higher mileage allowance so I wouldn't be in the same situation in the future. The Service department at this dealership is top-notch as well, the owner walks through and checks on vehicles himself for waiting customers. Truly a Five Star dealership! More

I have also talked with another two dealers besides Valley Honda, but Brian was the only one who has responded promptly and professionally. I only has one little suggestion and I just cannot skip it, since I have been in marketing for a long time in my career. Even though my experience in the dealer was a wonderful one in terms of talking with Brian to get my car, I could not help to notice that when I was wondering around the dealer waiting or simply went to get coffee, I ran into some other sales people and they simply just passed by without any eye contact or even a hello. As a sales person, I think everyone in your dealer should be considered the dealer's customer, not a specific sales person's. I might be just me with a career habit to notice this.
