I should also mention that we were there on the busiest day of the year and despite all the people in that show room, Bill didn't rush or pressure us through the process. He took his time in explaining everything and answering all our questions. Further, after we made the purchase he took time out to make sure that we could get pictures of our daughter with her new car and the big bow! He allowed us to take our time which was really incredible in light of all the other potential sales in the building that day. The owner of the dealership also came out to greet us and as we were leaving he went through the car to make sure everything was perfect.
