I went to Valley Honda with a new Accord Coupe EX-L in mind. I even knew the color I wanted. The only variable was 4-banger or V6. Well, Joe set me up with a test drive in both - and both were the color I wanted. On those test drives, he answered all of my questions accurately and directly, no B.S. After those test drives, I let Joe know that I was waiting for an insurance settlement before I could actually purchase and that I expected payment within a few days. Well, that "few days" turned into two weeks. In that two weeks, Joe didn't pester me, but did send a couple of friendly, unobtrusive emails to keep in touch. In the past, I have experienced both extremes: 1. one-a-day sales pitch phone calls AND 2. since you left, you no longer exist. Joe got it just right. When it came time to make the deal, Joe took my {reasonable} offer and made it happen. He kept it light during the paperwork process, showed off the Valley Honda service center - which is mighty impressive - and introduced me to the finance manager. Once the finance paperwork was complete, Joe gave me a more in-depth tour of my new 2013 Accord Coupe EX-L V6 and let me go on my way. No muss, no fuss. Easily the best new car purchase experience I've had so far...and this is my 6th car dealer experience. Thanks Joe! More

We purchased a 2013 Honda Odyssey at Valley Honda last week. First of all the dealership itself is gorgeous and the waiting areas are great. I had my two young children with me and my two year old was able to play on a computer and there was a nice, clean playroom where my seven month old could get down on the floor and play while we waited. Bringing kids to buy a car could have been really painful, but the fun and comfortable waiting areas and the courteous and accommodating staff made it as easy as possible. We brought a trade in and we received a very fair price as well as a great finance deal and a great price on the new Odyssey we purchased. Katy Meyer helped us and she did an amazing job showing us all the features of the van and guiding us though the purchasing process. She was very kind and personable and no pushy car salesman vibe whatsoever. She took a lot of time with us to make sure we understood each step in the purchase process and once we completed our purchase she stayed with us and helped us learn how to operate all the functions on the dashboard, helped us program our phones with bluetooth, and even walked us through all the configurations for seating and what would work best with our kids' carseats. She even helped my husband move our carseats and diaper bags from our trade-in to our new van! She provided customer service above and beyond what I would have expected. I would absolutely buy another car from Valley Honda and Katy in the future and would feel great about recommending my friends and family do the same. We had a great experience. More

My husband, John, and I visited Valley Honda shortly after Christmas and knew exactly what we wanted to do: buy a 2013 Fit Sport w/manual transmission and trade my 2004 Camry as part of the deal. We worked with Bill Terhorst from that first visit. Bill found the car I wanted (color and all) and while it was not in stock, it was scheduled to arrive in mid-January. We made the deal! Then, Bill sent me almost daily emails telling me where my Fit was in its journey across the country. I so appreciated those updates. The final email arrived last Friday telling me that the car was in (earlier than expected!) John and I went in Saturday morning to pick it up. Unfortunately, Bill was ill so Jeremy Andrews was assigned to finalize our transaction. Jeremy was every bit as knowledgeable and helpful as Bill. In conclussion, this is the second car we have purchased at Valley and we do not have loyalty to a single dealer. John investigates the dealers who are willing to deal even on the most highly desireable models. In 2008 that was Valley Honda and in 2012-13 it was Valley Honda again. More

The finance person was very helpful and quick. There was no pressure in getting extended warranties or extras. We knew exactly what we wanted and we came out with exactly what we wanted.
