I rate the quality of customer service of Valley Honda on a scale of 1 to 10 a ten because of these two gentlemen. He shakes our hand, handles the concern and invites us to sit and relax while he takes care of it. He is amazing and I am so appreciative of his service and assistance every time. Truly a seasoned professional. Jose was the first sales manager I interacted with and took my call when I was lost looking for a quality car and had some bad experiences elsewhere. Soft spoken and calm, he obliged us by going through all we are looking for in our car and took us out and with no commitment on our end, made us feel comfortable and that the car would be ours and anything to accommodate. My daughter was with and she was ushered into the playroom while we went through prices. The showroom is beautiful and well stocked with every accommodation. The salesmen are professional, polite and not pushy rather they try to help you and make you feel comfortable. Not your typical car salesmen. I am really glad I made it to Valley Honda, not because Jose made it possible for me to imagine that I could actually own a Honda but because I received such excellent customer service. More

Four days ago I purchased a new 2012 Honda Pilot EXL from Valley Honda and I have to say that this was by far the best car-buying experience that I have ever had. Jose Lopez, our salesman, was polite, not at all pushy and he really worked with us to get us where we wanted to be. I got more car than I thought I could get at a price that was fantastic. Don Davis, the GM, was great as well, working with Jose to get our deal done to our satisfaction. Financing, everything was so easy. When looking for a new car, fox valley Honda was the first place we stopped. We intended to go to several more dealers that day but jack provided us with such great service we didn't need to look furth first place we stopped.
