Valley Honda

I visited Valley Honda this past weekend hoping to buy a used car, after totaling my previous car. I was pressed for time and needed to buy a car ASAP. He was a great salesman that never came off pushy, but really worked with us to get the best deal possible. This is my family's 3rd vehicle from Valley Honda Naperville, after buying an 02 Accord, '11 Accord, and now an '08 Civic. I am very happy with my experience with both Nick and Valley Honda. More

I went in to buy a new Honda Civic last week. Right when I pulled into the dealership and walked into the door I was greeted and escorted to a sales representative. My sales associate was Alicia and she did an amazing job at helping us by answering any questions we had and showing me all of the features of the Civic and making sure that everything was good with it and I knew how to work the controls. Everything went smoothly and I am extremely happy with the dealership, their staff and my new vehicle. I would definitely recommend going to this dealership and I would definitely recommend Alicia as well, she was a great help and very friendly. More

I did most of my research online and then test drove the cars I was interested in. In addition to researching the car itself, I also researched the dealerships. There is a Honda dealer closer to my house but I drove out to Valley Honda because I wanted to purchase from a dealership that put the customer first. I worked with Brian on my purchase and he spent a lot of time with me test driving the Civic and Accord. Brian is a great communicator and extremely professional. He answered my myriad of questions, paid attention to all the details of the purchase, and never pressured me to buy anything extra. Brian made the process of choosing and purchasing a car so easy and friendly. You will get a great price and great customer service at Valley Honda. Not only did Valley Honda have the best price that we were able to find in the area, Eileen Davis and Nick Capezio were great to interact with, quotes emailed out when requested, extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and made the overall experience probably close to the best it could have been. The business manager was also very friendly and my wife, who had a negative experience during her first new car buying experience (not at Valley Honda) really enjoyed this experience in comparison. Wouldn't hesitate to send family or friends to anyone we talked to at the dealership and are pleased with the vehicle purchase through the first couple of months. More
