This was a very busy dealership on a Saturday, but the short wait was easy considering comfortable facilities and friendly staff. She was friendly, patient, and above all, quite knowledgable about the specs and features of all the models we were interested in. Our toughest decision came down to choosing the color. On the first visit Katy drove us to the inventory lot to view all the choices, and then on our second visit she arranged to have our final choices brought to the dealership for a side by side comparison. Without any pressure we made our purchase on the second visit and then Katy personally demonstrated all the accessories, including the syncing of both our phones with the car's Bluetooth. I have purchase quite a few cars in the past 40 years, but this experience was truly one of the best. Thank you, Katy! More

This new vehicle purchase was for my daughter, her first car. Interested in compact SUV's, other makes were higher on her list than the Honda CRV. The dealership facility is new and upscale with many ameneites that you don't find in other dealerships (e.g., large comfortable customer lounge with loaner computers). We were warmly greated at the reception area. Jack McMahon was the sales professional that assisted us. Jack worked to understand our needs. There were no high pressure tactics, he simply shared with us what Honda had to offer in the class of vehicle in which we were interested. Jack's consultative approach, the vehicle test drive, the handling fo the CRV, and the large number of standard features that are upgrades with many other makes quickly moved Honda to the top of my daughter's list. Without the painful negotiations typically associated with buying a new car, Jack promptly put together a very competitve offer and we closed the deal. During the sales process, Jack's manager proactively introduced himself and wanted to make sure the process was going smoothly - which it was. The only negative comment I have is that we had to wait over 1 hour from the time we completed our paperwork with Sales until we were able to meet with the Finance team. It was a busy Satuday afternoon so I'm sure this delay was extraordinary, but it was an extensive delay. After we wrapped up all the paperwork, Jack gave my daughter a thorough overview the vehicles features and functions. I'm sure her drive off the lot in her new CRV is a moment she'll remember for a long time. Overall, this was perhaps the best new car buying experience I have had. More

Based on these past experiences with Honda we decided to purchase a new 2013 Honda at Valley Honda and we weren’t disappointed. We worked with Brian Roman and he was very helpful, courteous and professional. My wife has always hated dealing with car salesman but she enjoyed working with Brian and choosing our new car. Brian answered all of our questions and patiently took us around the lot so we could see the available colors on the cars they had in stock. The overall experience from the initial test drive to completing the financial paperwork was very pleasant. I went into Valley Honda to look at the 2013 Honda Accord LX. I knew I wanted the base model and nothing higher. Steve Grady greeted me when I walked in and asked how he could help. I told him I'm looking at the Accord LX and he offered a test drive, during which he explained to me the major features of the car. After the test drive we went in and played the game that you play at all dealerships for a few minutes, going back and forth. I received a price that I was happy with and then went to another dealer to compare, just to put my mind at ease that it was a fair price. That dealer couldn't beat Valley Honda's price. I came back later that afternoon and purchased the car. Steve has a great personality and is fun to work with. He called me later that night to let me know that I left my village sticker on my old car that I traded in and asked if I needed it. I recommend Valley Honda to anybody looking for a new Honda. Also, their service department is terrific. I had my other car serviced there for the last couple years and I'll continue going there to have my new car serviced. All in all they're a very professional dealership and the place is pristine. Huge layout, clean, big screen TVs, computers, comfortable chairs, and even a playroom for kids. More
