One of a kind dealership - Fantastic Buying Experience We were looking to take a test drive of the Honda Civic when we were greeted by a warm and friendly Roy Gomez. After a brief discussion of what we we We were looking to take a test drive of the Honda Civic when we were greeted by a warm and friendly Roy Gomez. After a brief discussion of what we were looking for, Mr. Gomez made a few suggestions and recommended a test drive of the Civic EX. He understood that we were still in the "search" mode, but his eagerness to help education us never waned. We took a very casual test drive, while Mr. Gomez explained the many features. Upon our return from our test drive, Mr. Gomez took us thru the various areas of their business explaining the numerous services. We returned to his office and expressed our interest in the Civic. Mr. Gomez continued to answer our questions not once putting an offer sheet in front of us. We were very impressed with the low/no pressure sales approach. Long story short, we drove home in our new Honda Civic EX-L a day after it was delivered. I endorse Mr. Gomez as an extraordinary salesman. I have never written an endorsement for a auto salesman before, but I felt he was more than deserving of our business. I would buy another vehicle from Mr. Gomez and Valley Honda when the time comes! It was the superb customer service that has won me over to Honda. You feel the difference the moment you walk into the Valley Honda dealership. The sales people were very friendly and courteous without a slightest hint of intimidation. I've never enjoyed the car buying experience as I did at Valley Honda. The sales people that we worked with Nikki Anderson and Cheryl Butler were both very friendly, professional, courteous and patient. Even during price negotiations they didn't make us feel under pressure or intimidated, in fact it was very relaxed and smooth transaction. I was so happy with the experience that I decided to buy my second car after 2 days. I am now a proud owner of Honda Odyssey and Honda Accord. She continued to contact me during the whole process even when she knew I was planning on buying the car from the other dealer. She gave me honest information and was able to get her manager, Mohit Saini, to give me a straightforward final number without a hidden agenda. They actually convinced me to go back to them 5 minutes before I was heading to the other dealer to buy the car. They are flexible and willing to help with the documents I did not bring. I praise their "never give up" attitude. One thing I did not understand is why Honda required them to add an incentive $750 to the final negotiated sale price, in order for me to pay a higher tax, and then they removed the $750 from the final out of the door number. So just watch out for this extra tax on the "incentive" you have to pay. Other than that, my over all experience was very good. Good job, Britanny and Mohit! More

When my wife joined me the next day to finalize some of the miscellaneous details like color selection and options we worked with Andy Kovalsky who was most helpful in helping my wife make the final decisions. He was very patient in answering all of my wife's questions and making sure she felt comfortable with her decisions. When we picked up the car Andy did a good job of clearly explaining the main features of the car that were most important to us. Finally, I have to tip my hat to the woman in the Finance Office who was very personable and professional in going over the financial details of our purchase. More
