I started my research for a new car about six weeks ago and decided the 2013 Accord was the best fit for me. I did an online search and had five local dealers provide pricing for my car. All five responded and decided the 2013 Accord was the best fit for me. I did an online search and had five local dealers provide pricing for my car. All five responded initially, and then three of the five dropped off. Of the two remaining dealerships, only one - Valley Honda's salesman, Bill Terhorst, stayed in the game. The other one sent automated inquiries. Initially, I battered Bill with questions pertaining to the Accord as I am a first time Honda owner. Bill quickly answered all my questions and engaged other departments (finance and service) to assist me. But the most pleasant experience was the quality of the quote Bill provided. It was not a weak quote to get the discussion started, but was a serious and final quote that was superior to all the other ones. In fact I had to ask Bill even more questions because I thought for sure something was missing. We closed the deal based on this great quote. My family and I finally met Bill on April 27. The moment we walked into the dealer, we knew we were in the right place and the anxiety level dropped a notch or two. Bill and the rest of the Valley Honda staff greeted us warmly and within moments, Bill took us outside to look at the new Accord. Bill explained the car in detail and took us for a test drive. Afterwards, he made sure we understood his dealership was behind us all the way by taking us on a tour of this fabulous dealership. We knew then we would be buying a car tonight. My family and I decided on a Basque Red Accord EX with the 2.4L 4-cyl. Bill did not have one in inventory that day but worked to find one on April 29. We closed the deal on April 30. In summary, this was my first new car in 21 years and my first Honda. My experience with Bill Terhorst and the rest of the Valley Honda staff made this purchase a pleasure and a memorable one. We had the most wonderful experience when we purchased our new Honda CRV from Valley Honda. Brian invited us to sit, offered us coffee and took us on a tour of the facility and even drove us across to the Honda car lot so we could see the color options available. Everyone in the dealership is so nice and friendly, but Brian has charm and his knowledge of Honda made us feel very comfortable. We purchased a CRV and we have to say beyond a doubt Brian is the reason we bought the CRV the same day. Brian explained all the bells and whistles on our new car and we drove off feeling we had made a new friend. We would not hesitate to call Brian if we have a question. The mechanic who has taken care of my car for years has experiences with many local dealerships. When he recommended Valley Honda, I went to check it out. Nick Theodor quickly determined my preferences for the CR-V model I was interested in, and, after a test drive, vehicle prices were discussed. Since I'd been on websites & researched prices, Nick suggested using one of those search engines to compare the price to the Valley Honda price. They were identical, and he offered more of a discounted price, in addition to .9 % financing, plus trade-in. The trade-in price seemed quite fair, given the mileage on the car. Nick discussed the differences between the features between the CR-V LX and EX, as we viewed several models on the lot. I probably changed my mind three times, as I deliberated all of this, and wasn't sure I'd make a purchase that day. At no time did I feel "hurried" through the process, though; Nick spent about 3 hours with me during this transaction, and it's obvious he believes in the vehicles he sells. His enthusiasm and respect for the customer is obvious. He really located the perfect car with the features I wanted, rather than just a car with a lot of unwanted extras. So I bought my CR-V EX, and am pleased with the sales transaction here. In addition, Roxann Murray handled the mounds of paperwork to finalize the transaction with efficiency and friendliness. I had the best and most pleasant new car buying experience ever with James Kirpanos when I purchased a new 2013 Honda Civic last week. I walked into the showroom while I was waiting for my 2005 Ci experience ever with James Kirpanos when I purchased a new 2013 Honda Civic last week. I walked into the showroom while I was waiting for my 2005 Civic to be serviced and went to look at the Accord which I was thinking about possibly purchasing. James came up to me and asked if I had any questions. I mentioned that I presently had a 2005 Civic and that I was interested in looking at both the Accord and the Civic. He answered my questions and then asked if I wanted to do a test drive. I chose to test drive a 2012 used Civic which was very nice. I mentioned that I remembered that the 2012 Civics were not particularly well received by Consumers Digest, and I really fell in love with the 2013 white Civic on the showroom floor. James told me about all the new features of the 2013 and then made arrangements to have the car removed from the showroom so that I could test drive it. I returned after the weekend and true to his word, James had the car ready for me to test drive. I then made my decision to purchase this car rather than an Accord based on price and gas mileage. James was a delight to work with, very competent and knowledgable, friendly and very genuine. I would recommend James Kirpanos and Valley Honda to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle.
