Our visit to Valley Honda and in particular our experience with sales consultant Joe Barsalona was truly amazing, compared to any dealerships and sales personnel we have experienced in our 45 years of purchasing cars! From the moment we walked into the dealership we were very impressed with the facility which was immaculate. Joe Barsalona, our sales representative, was really fantastic and very professional He was so friendly and very knowledgeable about the Honda Pilot . Joe took us on a tour of the facility and pointed out the extensive and clean service facility. Joe provided valuable input to us in our selection of options including choosing the running board that would look best on our car. Joe was never pushy or high pressure and appeared very sincere in devoting the necessary time to assist us in our selection process and getting us a price that resulted in our eventual purchase. When we picked up the car Joe explained every feature of the vehicle in detail, and even took the time to sych my cell phone to the Bluetooth, and go over how to use the navigation system and garage door opener features. We have never experienced this type of attention to detail and time commitment in any of our many previous purchases and this after the purchase was made! We will certainly recommend Valley Honda and in particular Joe Barsalona to our friends and family. More
