Explained the features and compared the options for the next model up.I did not feel pressured at all that I must buy a car right there and then. Gave me his best price and I took it home and did my own research. Honestly the price offered was so good that even after comparing online, with other dealerships and looking at any company discounts it was better. Roy came in with what the car was going for on truecar.com and then his price for the car that was lower, no hassle they knew the price was low as good as it gets. But I did try to get it even lower :). We had to have a certain color combination that was not available at the site. So they found one and drove it back with only 60 miles on it, I expected somewhere around 250. The facilities are the best I have seen at any dealership, clean and modern, kids room, free Starbucks coffee, Tazo teas and hot chocolate. The wait area is very comfortable sort of like a modern cafe and they provide three rows of Mac computers for the kids to stay occupied while mom and dad shop. Roy took us through the service area, that was also clean and well lit, the price for an oil change was not bad considering you get a free coffee or tea and car wash including hand drying for the same price as any other local shop. Overall I had a very good experience, set my mind at ease a little about dealerships. Still don't trust them 100% but the experience definitely changed my perception of the whole car buying experience and astronomical prices for maintenance when done through your local dealer. The most important is that my wife is extremely happy, she has her brand new odyssey in the colors she wanted and got it for her Birthday..well a few days later but still happy. Now if she could overcome her fears and park it in the garage by herself, that would make me extremely happy too. More

2014 Honda Civic Lease I was looking to trade in my '99 Honda CR-V and get a leased car for my wife's commute. I had purchased a Subaru Forester about two years ago after m I was looking to trade in my '99 Honda CR-V and get a leased car for my wife's commute. I had purchased a Subaru Forester about two years ago after moving to Illinois, but the experience at that particular dealer left me wanting to look elsewhere and made me dread walking into a car dealership, period. After browsing for lease specials, I saw Valley Honda's website and the promotions they had going on enticed me to look further. I requested a quote and lease offering for a brand new 2014 Honda Civic LX sedan and received an email and call from Nikki Anderson that evening. My wife and I told her we'd stop by the dealership that weekend. We came around noon on a Saturday and needless to say the place was very busy. Unfortunately Nikki was assisting another customer when we showed up, but she directed us to Jeremy Andrews, who began the process with us. Jeremy made the whole process go by very smoothly. We told him what we wanted to do (trade in the cr-v and get a leased civic) and then we did a test drive. After that, we stopped by the back lot to look at the actual cars we'd be getting and decide on exterior and interior colors. We drove back to the dealership and Jeremy did a quick tour of the place while they appraised the CR-V. We sat back down and negotiated pricing as well as add-on packages. Jeremy made it very easy and explained everything thoroughly with no high pressure tactics. Once we settled on the payments, we were transferred over to their financial department to put the last signatures on the deal, again very easy with no high pressure, pushy tactics to get things we weren't interested in. We left with a brand new car feeling very good about the whole experience and we will definitely be back for future business. Eric More

My experience at Valley Honda From the very beginning of my visit I was greeted with a smile. Tom was awesome, he walked me though the whole car buying process, he took he time to explain all the things I did not understand and was helpful in helping me make the right choice, and did not push me in any kind of way. When I made my choice Tom gave my paper work to Kevin frank, he to was awesome in getting me approved. Now the final step was with James Kirpanos, he was great to work with. Now I HAVE A BRAND NEW HONDA ACCORD and I LOVE IT. Thanks to everyone at Valley Honda for making it happen.. I for got to mention the dealership was very clean. Best customer service Personalized customer service, we were treated as friends, not just as customers. Roy took time to know us, not just sell us the car. Willingness and encouragement to let both buyer and co-buyer to try out the car on a test drive. Roy was kind enough to look for a room where I could feed my little baby in private. Everyone at Valley Honda was very nice, the owner also brought a comfortable chair for me at the room where I was going to feed the little one. Customer service definitely exceeded my expectations, we could not had been treated any better. Overall experience was so positive, we are already thinking of our next Honda purchase, and having Roy as our sales rep without a doubt. Price wise we believe we were given a very fair price, better than what blue book valued the vehicle for. Their financing team searched for the best rate for our budget, and we were pleased with what they could find for us (I didn't think we were going to receive such a good interest rate.) And lastly, I was impressed by the clean shop!!! and appreciated it that everyone was wearing white shirts :) It made the whole experience feel very professional. More
