I was the owner of an older model vehicle and knew it was time for a new one. My choices had been narrowed down to the Toyota Camry and the Honda Accord. I did like the comfort of the Camry but didn't care for the wheels that came with the V.6 model and Toyota of Naperville weren't very committed to accommodating me. My wife has owned a Honda Odyssey for approx. 12 yrs and we have found this vehicle to be dependable and love the performance. We decided to give Valley Honda a look. The look of the '13 Accord in the showroom, blew me away, great look, great feel inside. We were approached by Joe Barcelona who was eager to assist us, but not "pushy". I am accustom to having the sales person all over you as soon as you walk in the door. We felt very comfortable with Joe. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and immediately built a good relationship with my wife and I. We didn't buy a car that day. Joe kept in touch and worked with us to find the car at a price we were comfortable paying. We did return a few weeks later and because we had enjoyed the service we were given with Joe, we made arrangements to meet with him. Again, we didn't plan on buying during this meeting either, but before I knew it Joe had me test driving the Accord. We were very impressed by his expertise and professionalism. Of course once I drove the Accord V.6 EX-L the performance and handling of the vehicle left me with no more doubts. It would be me and quality of Honda for years to come. Joe is an outstanding salesman. I can't say enough about how knowledgeable he is about this car and the entire buying process. I haven't made a new car purchase in years and was somewhat apprehension about the "haggling with the manager" about the price process. Surprisingly none of that took place. I feel Joe gave us the best deal from the start which made the rest of the process proceed smoothly. I feel like i'm part of the Honda family. I would recommend Joe to others looking to buy from a great salesman. When we picked the car up Joe took all the time we needed and walked us through the operation and setup of our vehicle. He even took time to sync our blue tooth phones and the program the Homelink garage door opener for us. Great job Joe! Joe is unlike any car salesperson I've worked with before. He listens well, he thinks about real solutions, he understands people, he is a true gentleman, and most importantly, he is honest. His knowledge base is amazing, but if he doesn't know something, rather than coming up with an unbelievable tale, he simply admits he doesn't know and works hard to figure out the answer for you. I came to Valley Honda to look at a Honda Ridgeline. I liked many of the features I saw at the auto show last year. My last 3 cars were Jeep Grand Cherokees and I was thinking of getting a fourth. Randall, my salesman was awesome. He was very informative and if he didn't know an answer (i came up with some doosies) he would find the answer. He knew it was between two vehicles and he made my experience very enjoyable by not ever pressuring me. We actually spent two days going over the car from the ground up (literally - we were laying under the car looking at the tow wiring). He sold me on the Honda product! I've only had it a few days but i'm really liking my Ridgeline. If you're in the market for a car and unsure of what you want, look up Randall Rosen for a good shopping experience. More

My mother was originally looking at a new car but after Nick listened to her concerns, directed her to a used vehicle which fit her price range and familiarity level. He let her test drive new and old cars, explaining the differences between them all and didn't rush her in making her decision knowing that this was a big purchase for her. He practically treated her like his own mother! He was very respectful, courteous, and professional. She LOVES her 'new' vehicle! Thank you Nick! More

I was very impressed that Kurt, the sales manager, took my non-sales related emergency request seriously and provided a timely help. It was an early evening of Friday afternoon, my Honda CRV '08 failed to my non-sales related emergency request seriously and provided a timely help. It was an early evening of Friday afternoon, my Honda CRV '08 failed to start miles away from home. I called many places but got slow responses. When I called Valley Honday, Kurt told me that the service department was closed, but he can offer me a loaner as long as I can manage to get there and he will ask mechanics to check my car the first thing next morning. This is a big relief to me at the time I was very upset about the trouble. After I arrived Valley Honday, I noticed that sales people were busy closing the deals for the day, however, Kurt still completed all the paper work quickly and give me the key of Honda Accord loaner so my family can head home soon. Early next morning, Mike from the service department called and told me nothing wrong with my car, hence, no charge. I really apprecieate such a good customer service and business ethics. I wasn't at the time to purchase a car but still was treated like a valued customer. When there is nothing wrong with my car, they just give me an honest call and thank me for the business. I highly recommend this dealership. I'm sure I will consider to buy my next car at Valley Honda. More
