Aldo did an incredible job assisting me with my selection of a 2012 CRV EX-L. His knowledge of the product, friendly demeanor, sense of humor and NO PRESSURE approach made my purchasing experience second to none. Everyone, including the sales manager, the business office associate, sales staff members, and the service personnel made me feel at home and valued as a customer. By the way, I love my CRV...a great automobile...and the price was right! I highly recommend Valley Honda as a dealership of choice. Purchasing our new car from Valley Honda was the best car purchase experience we've ever had. Let me put this comment in some context: We shopped around quite a bit for this new car (2012 CRV EX-L)and ha purchase experience we've ever had. Let me put this comment in some context: We shopped around quite a bit for this new car (2012 CRV EX-L)and had decided to purchase it from another dealer. We even paid the deposit to the dealer. Then on the day when we were to pick the car, when we went to the dealership, they told us that they didn't have the car in stock! What a surprise - we had sold our old car the previous day expecting to get the new car! The dealer did not offer any alternate solution. Not only that, only when we confirmed about the accessories, did the dealer mention that the prices they quoted were for after-market accessories and not the OEM genuine ones! Now compare with the service from Valley Honday - and specifically the salesperson Jim Hanahan. He beat the price of the first dealer and gave us an additional discount. Since the color we wanted wasn't in stock, he was truthful upfront with this and gave us an exact date that we would get the new car. When we explained to him that we had already sold our old car and needed a car soon - he right away offered us a loaner car to drive (a 2011 CRV EX model with just 12K miles on it) - for a full 2 weeks until our new car arrived. Jim kept us updated every few days on the status of the new car! Now here's the gem: On the day we picked our new car, Jim explained to us all the tech features of our new car. However, I couldn't quite figure our how to get a particular feature to work. Jim said - he would read the information and find out how the feature worked and would give us a call!! This is after he already sold the car! Overall - really friendly people and excellent service. And best of all, great price! More

Very nice experience. Jab was very nice and took care of all my questions. No pressure during the entire sales process. Jab and Mohit were patient. I visited other dealerships in the area for Toyota etc. an all my questions. No pressure during the entire sales process. Jab and Mohit were patient. Very competitive prices and all the dealerships were in the same range. I strongly recommend them. Going to Valley Honda reminded me of walking into an Apple Store, everything is very high tech, modern, and with people everywhere. The agent I dealt with online, and met at the dealership, Joe Barsalon Apple Store, everything is very high tech, modern, and with people everywhere. Even with the hustle & bustle of the dealership, he had the info I wanted, had demos ready in the colors I specified, and overall presented me with a quality, no hassle, sincere car buying experience, and you can't ask any more than that.
