With having to purchase 2 autos in a short period of time, I called and spoke with Mohit Saini and he had Alicia Machen send out a brochure for the 2014 Honda CRV. I was replacing a 2004 Honda CRV (als time, I called and spoke with Mohit Saini and he had Alicia Machen send out a brochure for the 2014 Honda CRV. I was replacing a 2004 Honda CRV (also purchased from Valley Honda) after it was totaled in an accident. Alicia followed up and it took 2 visits to take the plunge and on February 8, I purchased the car. Alicia was very good at pointing out the differences between the models and giving me the information I needed to make a choice. Once again, Kurt Gonzalez helped out with the purchase of our 4th car from Valley Honda. On February 15, my husband and I brought our daughter into the dealership and she took test drives in different models with Alicia to decide on her Honda. We purchased a 2013 Honda Accord (it was a dealership owned auto, so we knew it was in great condition). Once again, we had Kurts help in the purchase. On February 28, when my son need to trade in his car, we made another trip to see Alicia and Kurt and all the great people at Valley Honda and purchased a 2014 Honda Civic. We know have 4 Honda's sitting on the driveway, a 2008 Odyssey, 2013 Accord, 2014 CRV and 2014 Civic. Guess you could say we are a Honda family. Being a CPA and having to purchase multiple autos during tax season is stressful but Valley Honda made it easy. We will see you in a few years to trade in the 2008 Odyssey, and we would rather drive to Aurora from Elk Grove Village to deal with Valley Honda. Great job! More

I am recent college grad who was in need of a dependable car. I had been looking on and off since August of 2013. So, I decided to send out a few emails during the night to some other local dealers to see if I could get the 2013 Honda Civic in the Crimson Pearl. Early the next morning Eileen of Valley Honda gave me a call; she provided a competitive offer and indicated that even though their dealership did not have the Crimson Pearl, she would look into seeing if they could acquire it. Shortly afterward, she said that they could obtain the car. I went into the dealership to talk about the process. My parents and I were blown away by the facility, how very customer friendly everyone was, how clean it was as well as how it had one of the more relaxing service waiting areas, complete with water and Starbucks coffee stations, as well as, Apple computers to use. At this point I was introduced to Cheryl and began working with her; she made the process run very smoothly. I decided to place a downpayment to hold the car and the dealership was able to quickly attain it. When the car arrived, I went with my parents to finalize the deal. Cheryl made sure there was very little down/waiting time, and gave us a tour of their great facility. After the deal was finalized she helped me with programing my phone and other gadgets in the car. I was very impressed with everything at Valley Honda and would highly recommend buying a car from them. I purchased a CRV here back in July and it was a great experience, everyone at Valley Honda is a pleasure to work with. This was the first car I ever purchased on my own and I was definitely nervous about it, turns out there was nothing to be nervous about. Dan really listed to what I was looking for along with what I was willing to spend - and he helped me find the perfect fit. I never felt rushed to make a decision and he was very knowledge about everything Honda. Again, I can't say enough wonderful things about Valley Honda. Since July I have come been back twice, once for a minor windshield wiper repair and once for an oil change. Both of my visits were quick and the maintenance department was friendly and helpful. Also, on both visits I stopped by to say hi to Dan and we chatted for awhile both times - he really cares about Honda customers. For me it was worth going to Valley Honda after driving more than 40 miles as I got the car I was looking for and was extremely satisfied with all proceedings that happened. I have been other places and could easily differentiate the professionalism and knowledge the Valley Honda team carries. Mario was my Sales Person for my car deal; He is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy at all. He showed me exactly what I was looking for. I worked with Joe Barsalona on 2/20/2014 in the leasing of our new 2014 Honda Odyssey. This is my third Odyssey through Valley Honda, and I can say without hesitation it was our best experience! Joe communicated with me throughout the day through e-mail asking me color choices and reviewing finance options. When I showed up to the dealership after work he had already pulled up two Odyssey’s with the color options I was interested in. I chose the color I liked the best (metallic blue), and Joe gave me the key, and I went for a quick test drive. While I was out on my test drive, Joe had my old Odyssey appraised and began finalizing the paperwork. When I returned we had a quick sit-down, I signed some papers, and then just waited for the Odyssey to be detailed. The entire experience lasted less than an hour-and-half. This was fantastic, because based on my previous experiences, I had planned on being there for a few hours. However, because of Joe I was able to make it home that evening at reasonable hour. I would recommend Joe and Valley Honda to anyone. More
