I and my wife where very happy with the whole experience .The only comment on the negative side was i felt rushed when we came to pick the car up when i was in the finance office i was asked to rate i .The only comment on the negative side was i felt rushed when we came to pick the car up when i was in the finance office i was asked to rate if i had been explained service department details that never happened , In the delivery area our phone was paired to the car but nothing was explained about the interior controls I pulled out into a rainstorm an had no idea as to where the button was for the defog, I was asked to rate delivery of the vehicle when i was in the sales office ,That document should have been the last document handed to me before leaving .I feel that the location and the deal was great it is just the delivery experience needs to be improved. I recently had a great experience buying a car from Bob Mueller at Valley Honda. I typically try to shop around online and ask questions by phone or email before stepping foot into a dealership. Bob took my phone call and patiently answered my questions (even though it meant running out to the car twice when I forgot to ask all my questions at once). When I arrived at Valley Honda Bob had the car I was interested in pulled up and ready to go with the air cranked. That was a nice touch on such a hot day. Bob showed me all the features, asked me what I was looking for in a car and answered all my questions. Normally I think buying a car can be intimidating but Bob immediately made me feel comfortable. I actually stopped at Valley fully intending to go elsewhere to buy a completely different make and model. I liked the CRV but assumed it was out of my price range. Bob was so helpful and and laid back on the phone, especially compared to other dealers I had been calling, I figured I might as well stop in for a test drive and see if we could work something out. Bob was professional, friendly, sincere and low pressure, which I really appreciated. I felt like he really wanted me to buy the right car at the right price for me, whether I bought from him or not. He went out of his way to make the experience painless and I decided to not even bother with any other dealerships. The facility is really nice with plenty of computers, coffee and water etc. I was surprised how many people were there on a Monday and appreciated not feeling rushed or pressured. In the end, Bob was able to get me a fair price on the car I really wanted and I'm thrilled. I've already recommended Bob and Valley Honda to friends and family and will definitely return for service and future purchases. Extremely satisfied! More
