I was ready to buy a new car and after looking at some similar competitor cars, I selected a Honda Accord. I had two visits to Valley Honda and bought the vehicle on my 2nd. The first visit, I was greeted by the friendly reception desk and they quickly sent me Alicia Machen. She was very professional and listened very carefully to what I had to say. She was very knowledgable about the car that I was interested in and quickly set up a test drive for me. I wasn't quite ready to buy at that first visit, and I did not receive any pressure. I made an appt to come back a few weeks later and was ready to buy. Alicia again, listened carefully to what I had to say and we quickly reached a final sale. The whole experience was very enjoyable. I felt like royalty at that store and I got a very fair price on a very lovely vehicle. I couldn't be more delighted with the experience and the Product. I have leased three cars from Valley Honda and have found the dealership to be a real cut above many of the others I have been to in the past. Customer Service and their service department are very customer friendly and hassle-free. Nick Theodor, who is the sales associate I have been involved with all three times, is very friendly and tries to give you the best possible deal for your car. I just recently leased another Civic and worked once again with Nick. I discussed with him what I was willing to pay and that I wanted my payment lower than what I was currently paying and he was able to meet my requirements. I've been very happy working with Nick and buying from Valley Honda and will definitely be back to see them in three years when my new lease is up. More

My wife and I came in here looking for a lease after her '03 Chevy finally died on us. We were also somewhat on our guard, since we'd been to another dealership prior to this one in Orland Park with a sales '03 Chevy finally died on us. We were also somewhat on our guard, since we'd been to another dealership prior to this one in Orland Park with a salesman who basically spoke as though my wife didn't exist the entire time (even though we made it clear several times the car was for her). However, our experience at Valley couldn't have been better. Nick was absolutely great throughout the entire process - helpful, informative, and honest, and not pushy in any way. This was the first time either of us needed a new car, and I was expecting a pretty rough nerve-racking experience, but the process here was completely smooth from start to finish, and we absolutely love the Civic we picked out. While I hope our other old car lasts as long as possible, if/when it goes, we already know that we'll be coming back here. More

To-day I stopped by at the dealership to check on getting a damaged fender repaired. Nick saw me and greeted with great enthusiasm, when he saw the damaged fender he showed great concern and tried and suc a damaged fender repaired. He then gave the car a complimentary carwash and Lorenzo wiped the car dry. The car is fixed so well and I can not believe that I damaged the fender, it looked very very normal. This is very good example of great service after the sale. I bought the car from Nick almost three years ago and he still remembered me and helped in time of need. Usually salesmen do not even bother to greet after the sale is completed. You at Valley Honda should be proud of Employees like Nick and Lorenzo. My sincere thanks to Nick and Lorenzo who came to my rescue, this morning and made mu day that started very rough. More
