Julie assisted while he was out for the day with Stephanie in finance driving things forward as well. I had limited time for pick up due to a class I was attending in Naperville. When I arrived, everyone was prompt, joyful and kept things moving. I drove out with my new car and am loving it. Friendly, informative, factual, competitive.....did I say...employees all seemed very happy to part of Valley Honda dealership. Impressive facility with lots of activity...yet organized and happy. I highly recommend working with Andy when purchasing a Honda. He is one of the most professional people I met. He just did not just give me a tour of the car I wanted to buy but also the facility. Side note the facility is one of the nicest facilities I have been too that afford bottled water and served starbucks coffee. It also had a waiting room with internet access, it's pretty next level stuff. Back to the main point, customer service here is top notch he attended every need I asked for and some. When buying the car, Andy was respectful when negotiating the terms and respected our decisions. So thanks Andy for the new Accord! More

I visited Valley Honda to look for a used car, and I liked a Honda Accord. Roy explained me all the features of the car in very detail, we went on drive test and then I decided to buy that car. My wife and I have been shopping for a Honda Accord for a couple of months. We couldn't decide if we wanted certified or new. We went to the auto show to compare the Accord against the other competing models couple of months. We couldn't decide if we wanted certified or new. We went to several dealers ( some good, others terrible) and during our travels my wife was having thought about a CRV instead. We got to Valley Honda and met Andy Kovalsky, (our salesman) and he let her drive both cars and explained the features on both cars. She still had a problem deciding, so Andy pulled them both side by side so she could make her comparisons easily. After thoroughly going over each car she finally decided on the Accord. Then came time to negotiate!!!!!!! I had some idea of what they were asking because I had gotten a quote earlier and I had shopped it around to multiple dealers. The problem was that the other dealers would not meet that quote and they offered me a ridiculous price on my trade in. After awhile, Valley Honda gave me a lower price than what I was quoted, and they came up substantially on my trade in. We didn't get a lot of pressure even though it was the last day of the month (most dealers try to use this as a way of meeting their sales goal for the month) and after meeting with the sales manager we finally came to an agreement on the price of the car and our trade in. My wife is extremely happy she chose the Accord even though she traded in a SUV and we were pleased with the deal we got. I would recommend Valley Honda and Andy Kovalsky to anyone looking to purchase a new Honda. I did a lot of research and this is where I ended up buying from. More
My wife and I visited Valley Honda in search of a new car as the Mazda we currently owned needed to be replaced. I have typically been apprehensive when buying a car from a dealership, as it is often a confu as the Mazda we currently owned needed to be replaced. I have typically been apprehensive when buying a car from a dealership, as it is often a confusing and aggressive process on the part of the salesperson. We were introduced to Joe who carefully went through the different options available to fit our car buying needs. Joe never pressured us to "upgrade" to a more expensive option, or ask us what do we want as our monthly payment. once we expressed our needs, Joe listed some cars we may wish to consider and then offered suggestions (no pressure) for us to select. He allowed us time to talk things over among ourselves and never presented the typical "sales pitch" that I have commonly experienced when buying a new car. We decided what we liked and then Joe listed the price of the car. I felt we got a GREAT price for the car and their was no need to negotiate or have the usual give and take which is so uncomfortable when buying a new car. Joe also followed up after we left to see if there was anything he might assist us with moving forward. This was the 6th new car I have purchased and due to Joe Barcelona at Valley Honda, it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. It far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely visit Valley Honda and Joe Barcelona for all of my car needs in the future. More

Allan walked us through each step - he really knew cars !! Even though we initially were planning on getting a Camry - Allan actually sold us the idea on an Accord and actually made it stick !! Jab was an absolute pleasure to meet and we hit it off the second we shook hands - if they have a gem of a person on staff - that has to be jab because he made it as painless as possible in getting the deal we wanted , and helped us through each step- not to mention he is very knowledgeable and friendly Afterwards when we had the dealer installed options installed - they were so kind and professional that they found our cc and left it on on the seat - now that professionalism from the working staff really expounds their virtue as a dealership and well proved that they have honest hard working people All in all - kudos to then for a memorable car buying experience - and all the amenities at the dealership were a pleasure as well - who knew that one could borrow a charger and maybe a laptop while waiting at the dealership !!! With having to purchase 2 autos in a short period of time, I called and spoke with Mohit Saini and he had Alicia Machen send out a brochure for the 2014 Honda CRV. I was replacing a 2004 Honda CRV (als time, I called and spoke with Mohit Saini and he had Alicia Machen send out a brochure for the 2014 Honda CRV. I was replacing a 2004 Honda CRV (also purchased from Valley Honda) after it was totaled in an accident. Alicia followed up and it took 2 visits to take the plunge and on February 8, I purchased the car. Alicia was very good at pointing out the differences between the models and giving me the information I needed to make a choice. Once again, Kurt Gonzalez helped out with the purchase of our 4th car from Valley Honda. On February 15, my husband and I brought our daughter into the dealership and she took test drives in different models with Alicia to decide on her Honda. We purchased a 2013 Honda Accord (it was a dealership owned auto, so we knew it was in great condition). Once again, we had Kurts help in the purchase. On February 28, when my son need to trade in his car, we made another trip to see Alicia and Kurt and all the great people at Valley Honda and purchased a 2014 Honda Civic. We know have 4 Honda's sitting on the driveway, a 2008 Odyssey, 2013 Accord, 2014 CRV and 2014 Civic. Guess you could say we are a Honda family. Being a CPA and having to purchase multiple autos during tax season is stressful but Valley Honda made it easy. We will see you in a few years to trade in the 2008 Odyssey, and we would rather drive to Aurora from Elk Grove Village to deal with Valley Honda. Great job! More
