I wanted a CR-V EX because of the features but it did not XM radio which was a requirement for me.. Randall through extra effort found a way to have XM work in the EX model. Many other dealers gave up and I almost thought that another brand would need to be purchased. Randall kept his promise of price, color selection, and XM radio in the EX. The rest of the Valley Honda organization is first class. All personal were professional and friendly. Definitely worth the 45 minute drive to Valley Honda to deal with Randall Rosen. More

My only suggestion would be to streamline the process (reduce the amount of time spent at the dealership) by limiting the number of folks a buyer has to interact with and to focus more of the conversation on the purchase.
