Amazing experience! I made the internet inquiry just before midnight on Thursday. Bright and early Friday, I got an email from rep Nick Theodor who was able to price out I made the internet inquiry just before midnight on Thursday. Bright and early Friday, I got an email from rep Nick Theodor who was able to price out what I had been looking for. We made an appointment for Saturday afternoon, (and for which I was late). Nick was outstanding; no pressure, just asking questions and getting things moved along. I was doing an all cash purchase so there were no financing complications etc.; just haggling on the trade-in. The dealership, a victim of its own success, was buzzing with customers, sales reps dashing back and forth, and managers manning computer screens at the back. I say victim of success because it felt like a supermarket right down to the long checkout lines. Here however, the 10 reps were positively shoveling business to the 5 financial specialists who had to sit with customers and walk them through all the paperwork before keys could be handed over etc. I was told it was highly unusual to be that busy and I've certainly never seen a showroom so packed with people - and it's a large showroom. Nick never lost his calm and frequently checked in with me as the transaction proceeded. When it was indeed complete, he and I walked out to pick up the new vehicle, go through the features / functions, and then transfer my things out of the old vehicle into the new. Nick even took a picture of me standing by the newly acquired Civic EX-L-NAVI. Apart from the wait to get the paperwork dealt with (due to all the buyers ahead of me in line), the whole thing was a wonderful experience and I would gladly recommend Valley Honda, though you might want to think twice before going on a Saturday.
