Sale's person knowledgeable, patient and helpful When I called Valley Honda inquiring the price of the car of interest to me, the sales person Andy and the Sales manager (I forgot the name) were very When I called Valley Honda inquiring the price of the car of interest to me, the sales person Andy and the Sales manager (I forgot the name) were very professional and fair. I felt very comfortable working with them, so I decided to make a purchase through the dealership even though I was offered a better price from another dealer. I made a deposit right there. When I went to pick up the car, Andy was busy with another customer, so he asked Katy to help me. Katy immediately arranged the test drive. When I voiced concern over the bird dropping on the first vehicle that I was to test drive, she located the other car of the same model in their backup inventory lot and arranged the test drive. Katy then helped me through the entire purchase process, which went close to two hours past their close time on Saturday. Regardless, she took the time to explain the features of the car and answered many questions I raised. Not once did I feel rushed. She made the whole purchase experience very pleasant. Katy also followed up on the following Monday and answered a couple more questions I had. There was one question she didn't know the answer, she contacted Honda and sent me the answer in email shortly. I definitely will recommend Valley Honda. Look for Katy or Andy when you get there.
