I came to Valley Honda on October 24th, hoping but knowing I won't have that CRV. Jamie Bednarz gave me hope and she did everything she could to make that dream come true along with a financial system that would work for me. He is a very professional salesperson who is pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. As a result of this, he is also a friend. I have also had the pleasure to meet other staff and work with some of them too. Jab Rahman was very efficient and accommodating. Don Davis helped resolve some issues in the most professional and comfortable way. He is excellent. A brief moment in the finance department with Mari Rios was pleasant, efficient and fun, which is not always the case in finance departments. I have had much experience with many dealerships over the years, some good and some not so good. But, by far this has been the best all round experience. Their service department and staff are also some of the nicest and best I've encountered. I highly recommend Valley Honda in Aurora, Illinois. More

Honda # 4-a 2015 CR-Z I just purchased my fourth Honda from Valley Honda and this was a pleasant experience. I sent in a request for quote on a new 2016 CR-Z and she contac I just purchased my fourth Honda from Valley Honda and this was a pleasant experience. I sent in a request for quote on a new 2016 CR-Z and she contacted me within an hour to invite me in to look at a 2015 model that was heavily discounted. It also had a manual transmission, which I prefered over the automatic. Katy was a very knowledgable salesperson and after the test drive, she showed me around the new dealership. Very impressive! It had been a while since my last purchase, when they were located in Aurora, and the new location looks great. After all of the paperwork was completed, she showed me how everything worked and offered to pair my iphone, but since it was after hours already, I declined. The next day, I was unable to successfully pair it and she sent me detailed instructions via email. It worked the first time! The finance lady was very pleasant to work with as well, but I don't remember her name. I would recommend Katy and the dealership to anyone looking for a new Honda. More
