Both times the dealership washed my car while I was there and just made me so at home. That is what I like about Valley Honda. It is always so friendly, just like visiting a friend's house. Every employee was friendly and helpful especially with our 6 kids in tow! The children's play area was perfect for keeping our little ones occupied while we finished the paperwork. Our consultant Brittany Brandon was absolutely perfect. Very efficient and attentive to our needs. She went over everything that was important to us with our new Odyssey. Mario in finance was also excellent and not pushy. He easily explained all of the paperwork and presented us with intelligent ways to protect our new van. A breath of fresh air went to Valley Homda browse their used cars. My girlfriend and just had a baby so I was on a little bit of a budget. They even laughed at our goofy jokes, so that made them even more enjoyable in our book :) We had called before going in and from the moment we spoke on the phone going forward, all expectations were explained, set, and very much exceeded. This was refreshing, given we had been at another dealership earlier that day and did not have as smooth or as great an experience. When we arrived, we were greeted and all throughout our visit, continued to be asked if there was anything else they could do to make us more comfortable. Andy stayed late to make sure our visit was 100% complete and didn't rush or sacrifice information just to get home - his drive and sincerity definitely made him easy to work with! I also received a follow up call to make sure everything was going smoothly with our new purchase - which is greatly appreciated. This experience definitely secured a customer for life. We will be back for our next car! More
