I had purchased vehicles from two separate Honda dealerships in the past, but really wanted to purchase from Valley since we receive excellent service on our other Honda cars and, in a way, support a local business. Last fall I had the opportunity to work primarily with Bill Terhorst. Bill not only answered my questions, but for those he could not, pursued the resources that could (including discussions with mechanics). Since our family plans on keeping this car for many years, Bill allowed me extra time to explore which model to choose, including spending extra time in each model. During that process I appreciated that he did not pressure me, even with the great incentives at the time. Due to unexpected events, I needed to postpone my purchase for several months. Bill kept in touch during that time, not pressuring me, but provided the patience and grace I needed. When I was ready to move forward with a purchase in late March, Bill, along with Kurt Gonzalez, were able to provide a complete purchase package that worked extremely well with my needs! I really appreciate the commitment to the purchase package based upon a vehicle not on their lot (due to the desired color). Finally, when the vehicle arrived, the process of delivery, along with all the paperwork, was thoroughly explained. Instead of being stressed and suspicious, the process was easy, comfortable, and affordable. We really like our new Accord, and am so glad to have made the new vehicle purchase at Valley Honda giving credit to Bill for all service he provided. Thank you Bill! More

To be honest, I was very apprehensive visiting a dealership, because I do not know squat about cars. I was afraid any dealer could smell it on me and take advantage of this, and I would walk away feeling ripped off. However, this was not at all the case with Dmitry. He answered ANY questions I had about the car, and it truly felt like he cared that I would be getting a good deal. The warmth, friendliness, knowledge, and professionalism that Dmitry displayed definitely exceeded my expectations. I left Valley Honda extremely satisfied with my purchase, and I know that in the future, if/when I purchase a new Honda, I'm going straight to Valley Honda. Always a great experience at Valley Honda We have been dealing with Valley Honda for several years having leased at least 3 Odyssey's, 3 CRV's and 3 Civics. We not only keep coming back becau We have been dealing with Valley Honda for several years having leased at least 3 Odyssey's, 3 CRV's and 3 Civics. We not only keep coming back because Valley Honda is a great dealer with an exceptional choice of in-stock vehicles but mainly because of our sales rep- Joseph Barsalona. Joseph is not only there when its time for a new lease but he stays in touch through out the entire lease to make sure every thing is going smooth. For example we leased two 2010 Honda's both based on three year leases. At the end of the second year Joseph called asking if we would like to reduce our monthly lease payments plus get two new 2012 Honda's. We went in and drove home with two new 2012 Honda's and saving money at the same time. When our 2012 Honda lease's were coming due Joseph called and asked if we would like to come in to discuss what we had in mind. To make a long story short we went into see Joseph this past Saturday, 3/28/2015. We had a 1:30 appointment, reviewed several different options changing our mind several times. Joseph has a lot of patience but we ended up leaving about 6:00 PM with two new Honda's, both of which we are very happy with and also very satisfied with what we are paying. It is only Monday 3/30/2015 and have already had a phone call and two e-mails from Joseph to make sure everything is OK. When I came back on Saturday, Brittany took care of me because Jaime was busy with another customer. She answered questions quickly and professionally and also has a warm personality which made the overall experience a pleasure! She texted me today to find out how I liked the car and if I had any questions. I had a speed dial question and she answered me within 10 minutes! I would say that is the best customer service after the purchase ever! Valley Honda is lucky to have such a great person as an employee. It reflects well on your company! I love my Accord and this is the third time I have purchased a new vehicle from you. I would say that the fourth will be from you also! More
