My dad and I ended up taking it to Valley Honda and met up with Bill. At the time, we didn't have the funds to secure a new vehicle through them but Bill said it was no problem and was patient with us for over a month. They kept my old car there with no additional cost. After waiting for what felt like forever I was able to purchase my car yesterday with Bill. The process was smooth, pleasant, and secured me the loan I felt was the best value. I will definitely be back to Valley Honda for another car in the future, whether it's a year or 5 years from now. Karina Cano, my sales person, helped me work my way through all the options during my test drives of a gzillion cars. She was tremendously patient, funny, and delightful to work with. Most important to me, she was not pushy! Much to her surprise , I changed my mind and bought new. I just arrived home today with my new Honda 2016 Accord! After purchase, I had a two-hour personal tutorial with Karina, who showed me how to manage all the bells and whistles of the newest technology. The depth of her car knowledge is astounding, but most important, she made what is usually a dreadful experience for me a pleasant one. More

We visited several dealerships and worked with a wide range of sales consultants, but Valley Honda was unique. From the moment we walked in the door our experience was 100% positive. The greeting from the sales reception desk staff set the tone - welcoming, efficient, and professional. The organization of the show room was obviously well thought out. The tremendous energy in the store that Saturday was unlike any other dealership we had been in. We asked for Katy Meyer, who had responded to our Internet request for a price quote on the Accord Touring. We really enjoyed working with Katy. She demonstrated excellent communication skills as she assisted us. She was extremely knowledgable about the complex features of the car such as “Honda Sensing.” She was uncanny at anticipating our questions and providing clear explanations. Since we had been shopping and researching extensively, we had many questions. Not only was Katy patient, but she was resourceful. She was able to find answers and put to rest any concerns we had about the vehicle. In our opinion, Katy exemplifies what a professional sales consultant should be. We appreciated that Valley Honda allowed Katy to set up test drive experiences that met our need to spend extended time driving the car. The Accord Touring sells itself very well! Since we’ve been married we have purchased eight cars together. We have learned that no matter how wonderful the sales person is, you still have to deal with his/her boss and the business manager. That's when car buying can become difficult. Meeting Sales Director Kurt Gonzalez and Finance Manager Mari Rios continued our positive experience. They were great! When our gorgeous Crystal Black Pearl Accord Touring was presented to us in the “delivery area,” beautifully detailed, we felt the entire team at Valley Honda surpassed our expectations. More
