Car shopping with an infant and three year old can be chaotic, and Eileen was very patient with us. She took the time to help us find the exact car we wanted and without any of the stereotypical sales tactics. It was a great experience and consistent with the previous three transactions, which is why we will keep coming back. Brian Bishop also helped with our delivery, and he's just as solid as Eileen. Patient, straightforward, and likable. Then there's Kurt Gonzalez. For us, he is as close to 'having family in the business' as we'll get. We trust that we will get a fair deal (and we always comparison shop for confirmation) on a terrific product with a great service dept. (like Jay Lepore!) to round out the full ownership experience. There is a Honda dealer closer to my house but I drove out to Valley Honda because I wanted to purchase from a dealership that put the customer first.
