The inventory manager was also terrific because the car I wanted to buy was not in inventory and had he not assured me, in writing, that I would have it by my specified timeframe I would have walked - and then made it happen. Throw in a hailstorm the evening I was to get the car and someone having the good sense to keep the car inside that night so it was pristine when I came to get it a day late, and it was 5 stars all around. Great experience! Andy Kovalsky went above and beyond in helping us with our trade in and purchase. He made sure that all of our questions were answered.
